The place is incredible, the staff magnificent!!! Juan José and his work team are spectacular: Friendly, Attentive. Exquisite food, lots of variety and very well equipped rooms. We certainly hope to return soon

You can't beat the view of the volcano from the balconies that also overlook gardens, fountains and the pool. The breakfast was great and our dinner there was very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfy. There are not many outlets and what we plugged in wouldn't stay in. Not sure why. Overall a good stay!

Great pool area and good priced food and drinks at the swim up bar!
The staff all around the hotel and in the restaurant were so kind and helpful, truly the best!

An available microwave on the floor would make a big difference or an electric kettle.

Comfortable typical U S style hotel. Lots of big bus tours. Breakfast has great selection and staff handle large breakfast crowds well. Nice private balconies and view of volcano. Serenading toucans in morning and evening.

The heating and air conditioner in my room was not working properly the filters in the unit were clogged and the engineer replaced them on day 3 of my stay
No instructions on how to use ac remote or television remote
No room service

This was a very nice hotel with lovely grounds and an outstanding staff! The view of the volcano was breathtaking. My only issue is the bed was very hard. Overall a great experience!
