I ask everyone not to come here! I paid the same as at Kempinsky, but the difference is huge. I ordered Direkt Beach A Frame and they put me in the last place where I could see the fence and they looked at me from the balcony next to me. Cleanliness is 0. The people serving are dirty and not nice. They herd you into the dining room like cattle. I had to buy water for the evening because they can't provide half a liter of water every day. At check out they turned off the electricity at 10 o'clock. This place only looks good in the pictures, but everything is smelly and dirty and unfriendly. Etc. etc. Big disappointment

The stay was just amazing! The personnel very friendly and the location just amazing. Paradise on earth. Make sure you ask for bus transfer as it is for free from the port . The vibe of the scenery is amazing . We hope to be back soon again. Thank you all.

Not cleaned room on arrival. Very old room with for example no hot water in the shower, broken mirror, hair and sand everywhere, non existing WiFi in the hotel area, Poor breakfast and they did not fill up if something where empty, dinner buffé same same every day even if they said different themes, just one dish that might be changed and also they did not fill up if something where empty. You write in the folder you provide in the reception and in the rooms that you have a gym overlooking the pool but there was no gym anywhere... Missleading information… The location of the hotel is fantastic, a very nice garden which we liked and most of the staff where very friendly and helpful. We thought we should come to a four star hotel but we did not. If I should rate the hotel overall it is a minor three star like it is today. The hotel need to shape up!

The worst experience. The employees tried to openly scam us. They made us pay for six breakfasts just because we sat at the same table as the two people who actually had breakfast. Very aggressive attitude towards us. The internet was terrible. The rooms were very old. It does not deserve four stars.

I believe that everything doesn 't have to be perfect it just has to be true. And that's what our vacantion in La Digue Island Lodge was. After uncertain start everything was improving rapidly. When needed, we got all the support possible. Like extra pizza or chicken for my daughter when she didnt want to eat anything from the menu. Staff was always nice, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Eric - reception star. We miss your smile. And all greetings to Azzura dive centrum - Julian and Lena, thank you so much... We wish the best for everyone in LA DIGUE ISLAND LODGE LUCIE and TEA

The place looks just like heaven, good service and food. Would recommend 100% we stayed at a very cute villa at l’union, we had the beach just 10meters in front, been walking in the plantation and all around, it was few days in a lost paradise. 🏝️
