My recent experience at this hotel has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I booked a room on their website for my stay paying with my debit card. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist insisted I pay again, despite showing proof of payment from my bank account. Eventually, I was given my room, but the receptionist returned shortly afterward, asking for an additional 2.40€ in cash for city tax, which I reluctantly paid. To my dismay, a few days later, I noticed an additional charge on my bank statement, meaning I was double charged for my stay. I’ve reached out to the hotel via emails and phone calls multiple times, but have received no response. The complete lack of communication is deeply frustrating and stressful. As a loyal customer of the Louvre Group, this experience has shattered my trust in their professionalism. I’m still waiting for a refund and proper resolution, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider staying at any Louvre Group hotels in the future.

Room was same style/layout as all P C lodges, very clean, compact and reasonable price. This one is difficult to find without satnav. Breakfast food quality was excellent but limited choices compared with previous stays. WiFi was difficult to log on, complicated password system. Well recommended, I've stayed at many P Cs and always found them clean, convenient and reasonably priced.

N⁰18 persistent noise every 5 seconds, the staff made us change rooms after 1 hour of waiting (1:00 a.m.) And in room N⁰122 the lights were poorly made and one of them did not work. The next day at 9 a.m. we were woken up by a cleaning lady opening our doors without knocking and without even apologizing. Afterwards, a woman at the hotel did not want to refill my son's water bottle.

Hotel right next to the N10, the staff needs to be completely overhauled, especially the cleaning ladies, they insult you, tutoy you, lie to their so-called "boss". The cleaning is not done properly, the rooms are too small and full of bedbugs and other insects. In the distributor you will not find anything for less than 1€50. In short, deplorable hotel, just like its cleaning ladies.
