Very attentive and friendly staff in all services. The totally central location next to the English Court and bus station. It's a pity the Sky-Bar is not open at the time of the stay and breakfast outside the buffet ranges from 5 to 9 euros, which seems a bit expensive to me. Better to hire the buffet at the time of check-in, which costs 12 euros.

Outside La Coruña a unique place to visit the city, in a shopping centre, with free parking in the hotel and 5 minutes from the city really very eligible, the very comfortable room with a more than suitable breakfast buffet, we allowed the planned visits.

We liked it very much, highlighting the friendlyness of the receptionists, the parking and the room quite well. A bad thing that I had no lift and touched us the third floor. Breakfast very just but acceptable for 4 euros. Location to go with good car.

We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel. Only wondering why it has only 4 stars…..?! The design is incredible, everything very well thought of and in an overall clean and tidy state. We enjoyed having breakfast in the room as the views couldn’t be better. The restaurant “Olas” was very delicious with very attentive and friendly staff. We would always choose this hotel again. The walks along the seaside and to the castle are unforgettable.

Excellent hotel, well located, 1 minute from the bus station to visit Coruña, 5 minutes from the supermarket. I had a large and modern room with a sea view, which on my arrival I found it very clean . Stop in Betanzos, no hotel or hostel available, we rely on Booking that sends us 9 km from the Road. Silence, peace, hairdryer, breakfast and dinner restaurant, shower with throws on the back here also total relax. Please take us to betanzos in the morning when contacting the taxi x to take the way back.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the outskirts of A Coruña, but in a well-connected area, there are many bars and supermarkets nearby.
The rooms are good, although they are small. The beds are also very small (in hotels, they are usually king-size, not). Although that is not a problem for us.
There are two things that we don't like very much. One of them is that the gym has been broken for several weeks and we were not notified before departure. The next day, they gave us another option, which was good, and worse, they should notify the customer in advance.
On the other hand, the breakfast was not very good. During the Covid era, there were few rooms. I know they had a wide range of products, but they were not four-star hotels.

Iingrida478We reserved by booking.com and because we were going to arrive late, called to confirm two bedrooms, one twin beds and one double bed. When we arrived there was only twin beds availability. The point is front desk employee was rude saying they couldn’t guarantee double beds because they are high demand, and that he didn’t know what the lady on the phone said or what we understood. In the end, the twin beds are together! The cleanness and accommodations are good and nice. This is an example of a really uncomfortable moment for the client that could easily be solved with kindness.

GGuest UserIs it a fancy room? No Do they get the basics right? Definitely! Clean, perfect for a short stay. The best feature, without a doubt, was the service. Even though this location is unmanned, communication was seamless and really friendly. And really helpful! From helping me to find out how to get from the airport to the location (even called the bus company to check the timetable), to sending you a list of best places to eat in the area, or recommending how to organise your visit to the city.

RRojasRicardoThere are things to improve that may cost money. I don't get in there. It's true that prices are very cheap and that more can't be asked.
But there are things that are free and can give you the reverse to this business that has everything to win:
1) Knowing to delegate, as in the lucio home , the mayor has already to let the dresses be taken to the younger. (That man could teach us a hill of knowledge)
2) Basic hostel rules, repay drinks, ask customers if everything is okay, NOT put the second dishes at the same time.
3) Laugh+Education +Laugh+Laugh (comes on the pay ....we have a good day or not)
4) if I have a full dish I always come back with a vacuum
5) practice welcome and goodbye, both for whom asks for a nice and for whom asks for a cut.( The coffee may be back tomorrow for nice)
6)A mule for q the door of the hostel no cottages.
7) You have to try the food and watch every day if we pass from salt point .....for eg.
I'm sure that the business reality is a lot of information I don't know.

The room was freshly painted and smelled of paint.
Ceiling lamps and bedside lamps are not working, so when you are lying in bed, you have to get up and turn off the lights in the hall to light up the room.
There was some mold in the corner of the shower, and water leaked from the bottom of the screen because it was not closed properly.
The box spring is very old.
Agree, support, appreciate, benefit:
• The bed is large and comfortable (this is a good point, because the most important thing is that you go to a hotel to sleep).
• Abundant food.
• We had no problem parking at the door.
I had to book this hotel 3 times because we were going to an event that was suspended 2 times. We want to bring a dog. After the first booking, I asked if we can bring a pet (under hotel conditions, it said yes, but I called to confirm) and they said yes. I ordered it the second time, they did not say and the third time, they said it again (one thing at a time), but because there is a time when a puppy is allowed, I want to know if the animal’s body is important Because our dog weighs 30 kilograms, then they told me no, up to 10 kilograms. If I can’t ask the last question, let’s see what happens if we arrive with the dog, and then they just say yes and won’t admit it.
We decided to stay at this hotel because of the price. It was one of the cheapest options we found, but required the least facilities, such as a private bathroom.
