We stayed in October just after nee management took over. Very welcoming people, who love to make your stay great. Big room, very clean, great shower and Nice wines ;-) The locaties is very good, between the mountains and a quiet base camp for exploring Andorra. The food was good for a very good price! We already booked for our wintersport holiday.

4 star hotel that should be two. The kitchen has been awful for five days. We have eaten frozen products with very little nutritional value every day. Absolutely nothing, it was either prepared or minimal quality food. To make matters worse, on the last day they prepared a picnic with 53 sandwiches packed in a cardboard box with no wrapping at all, so when we took them out they were ruined; 15 litre and a half bottles of water for 53 people without glasses!!!!!!! and a box of bananas that were ruined because they were so ripe. You could say that they fed us like dogs. Very miserable. Attached are the photos.

Hotel in need of renovation, very mediocre breakfast, outdated room. It is not even a 3*. Friendly staff. Free underground parking, very tight entry and exit. We expected a lot more for a 4* in terms of breakfast and room quality, disappointment.

La nueva gerencia del hotel nos ha atendido de manera excelente. Tenemos un bebé recién nacido y han sido todo facilidades. Además, la ubicación del hotel nos encanta, cerca de Andorra la Vella pero envuelto en naturaleza para hacer rutas de senderismo fuera de temporada de esqui y cerca de las estaciones. Recomiendo que si vais a Andorra, probéis este hotel. No os defraudará.

Estuvimos hospedados en la habitación 310. Una vez entramos en esta nos encontramos varios desperfectos, entre los cuales destacaba el papel de una de las paredes despegado y con hongos. Bajamos a hablar con recepción y nos dijo que el hotel estaba completo y que a la mañana siguiente comentásemos el problema con recepción otra vez para buscar solución. A la mañana siguiente comentamos el problema y nos dijo que hablaría con el gerente. Nunca obtuvimos respuesta del establecimiento ni compensación por el incidente. No recomiendo este hotel, esta mal mantenido y no te solucionan los problemas
