Very decent hotel. Comfortable. The staff is helpful and very courteous. However, not everything is perfect in terms of organization, especially regarding the catering and the unkept schedules. On the other hand, the hotel is good and cleaned every day. Not necessarily hot water either because the water is solar heated. Sometimes very loud boom boom music in the kitchen. The view, the location and surroundings, the nature, the river accessible below and the fact that it is away from the city are magnificent. Also, the windows are poorly soundproofed; you can hear cars passing by early in the morning, but you can also hear the magnificent sound of the river.

Nosotros con mi familia realizamos una reserva en este hotel para la fecha 11 y 12 de octubre cuando llegamos al hotel para poder instalarnos la señorita de recepción nos indica aue no reservaron la habitación y no quisieron brindarnos una solución nos dejaron en el aire califico una mala coordinación y la empresa no cuenta con libro de reclamaciones pésima atención por parte de este hotel.

La atención en general fue muy buena, habitaciones amplias bien iluminadas y ventilados, con excelente limpieza, todo el personal muy amable y servicial, bonita piscina con adecuada limpieza, finalmente la comida fue excelente, buena relación calidad/precio
