Excellent Hotel… Especially considering the value for money. It is certainly not a four star hotel but it is in an excellent location and offers good services... Polite and friendly staff (when there is...) Good parking all around... And there are also some restaurants within walking distance.

The immediate environment is not fun, but the smiling welcome at reception corrects the first impression. Quite large room, very clean. Comfortable bedding. Sufficient storage space for a short stay. Good sound insulation: even on the street side, you can't hear the traffic. Very clean bathroom, but unusable bathtub: the protruding water spout is positioned on the head side. The shower is not particularly practical either (fixed shower head). Breakfast is of the expected standard with a sufficient choice and perfectly suitable products (bread and pastries, etc.)

Hotel located between a busy boulevard and a public housing project... Around ten parking spaces for 34 rooms, so you have to park in the street on the city side. Mixed reception, not to say cold. Room with a strong smell of tobacco (burn marks on the carpet...), minimalist decor. No shutter, only a curtain, so light from public lighting visible all night. No flexible shower hose, shower head attached directly to the ceiling above a bathtub. Nobody at the breakfast reception, minimalist too. Not a word from the reception staff when we left, not even a return to our 'goodbye'... We had chosen this hotel to avoid the impersonal side of chain hotels, this will remain a very big disappoin**ent...
