Ho passato una settimana molto rilassante in quest'hotel, con classificazione 4*S, in una località un po' isolata ma certamente molto bella. La spa sarebbe stata perfetta, però i bagni e gli spogliatoi erano ubicati a pianterreno e l'ascensore per arrivare al primo piano, quello della spa, è stato costantemente fuori servizio. Anche uno degli ascensori a servizio delle stanze era spesso fuori servizio, come indicato da un avviso che cominciava per.”service forum' e continuava con un misto di inglese.e spagnolo, comunque chiaro a tutti, vsto che l'ascensore era fermo. I problemi linguistici continuavano inesplicabilmente, per un hotel classificato.4*S, alla reception, visto che molte addette, che non salutavano, spesso non capivano frasi elementari in inglese Situazione diversa, e positiva, al buffet, organizzato molto bene, con la supervisione di un maitre molto professionle: un plauso al cuoco, alla signora che preparava magnifiche insalate e.a due.camerieri in particolare, uno.molto alto.e che parlava un buon inglese, come un altro, credo nordafricano, che.si sono presi cura del nostro tavola in modo molto professionale e con molta pazienza. La. nostra suite, assegnataci all'arrivo dalla receptionist , che l'aveva definita ”la migliore dell'albergo'; era innegabilmente bella, ma poco funzionale per una coppia anziana, come me e mio marito, in quamto il letto, molto comodo, era in un soppalco, mentre il bagno.e il.salottino erano al primo livello, raggiungibile con una scala poco agevole. Le cameriere hanno lavorato bene, considerando il numero di stanze occupate. Nell'insieme siamo stati in una bella struttura, com molti lati positivii e altri migliorabili. Maria Adorno

Un hotel que deja bastante que desear, una atención pésima en la recepción. En el apartamento deja mucho que desear, viejo y con mal olor, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. Si te vas a quedar unos días , lo mejor es que te lleves todo de casa , hasta la tostadora, vasos contados , al igual que los cubiertos, una vitro de hace 30 años y con una hoya puedes estar contento. las instalaciones son tan viejas que el humo de los extractores del resto de pisos entraba por el nuestro y hemos estado cuatro horas con al ventanas abiertas con el frío que hacía, porque era insoportable el olor a comida y el humo. Puedes ir con tu perro eso esta bien si los tienes , o te pasa como a nosotros que íbamos con un niños pequeño y el perro del vecino no dejó de ladrar en toda la noche. Uno de estos perro se hizo caca y pis en el pasillo, evidentemente sus dueños no lo recogieron, avisamos a recepción y después de 2 horas el olor en el pasillo inaguantable y ahí seguir todo en el mismo lugar. Si te dice aparthotel & Spa, crees que como en todos los hotel que con la pasta que pagas ya te entra la piscina, pero no cual fue nuestra sorpresa que tiene que pagar aparte adultos y niños por hora. En fin luego de esta experiencia no volveré a este hotel y no lo recomiendo.

Hotel situato in una zona naturale pregevole, di assoluta tranquilità e silenzio....e circondata dal campo da golf e altre attrazioni sportive. Amia reception, camera molto grande e ben arredata con stile di montagna in legno. La nostra camera addirittura aveva un soppalco con altro letto nella parte superiore.Ampio bar ma manca il ristorante. Colazione di montagna ottima e con prodotti tipici dei Pirenei
