Hotel mainly for Italians and Germans Food experience terrible not one hot meal in 14 days Rooms need updating Don't go if you don't like animations No quite areas bar not big enough on wet days to accommodate everyone Hot water in rooms is brown even after letting tap run

A big hotel in a small village in Sardinia with a fancy 4 stars. There are 2 positive things in my opinion and that is the hotel's wonderful beach which can be reached by train and the second is the nice and quality food in the restaurant which looks like a canteen with a hell of a lot people walking around chaotically with plates and glasses in their hands. Otherwise the rooms are basic and outdated, in need of serious renovation. We had reserved a superior room, but we were in a regular triple room with a small balcony full of pigeons, terrible....Also so it is unacceptable to use plastic cups in the room and that too in a 4 star hotel. I would not visit this hotel again for sure!

We arrived via a tour operator looking for a relaxing couple break - we understood there was a mismatch with what we were looking for. The hotel is close to a quiet amazing private beach and there is also a train-wheeled service going there throughout the day - big pro! The structure (around 1990s) and services are more suitable for families with kids or who loves kid clubs inside the resort: there were activities all day long at the beach, at the pool, and also in room-facing outdoor area (so you could hear it all evening long). A few parking spots inside the resort (in a week we always had to park along the public road outside); the hotel works with only a full meal deal and the quality was ok, however, the hotel was super crowded and when seated you were slammed by other tables guests. By our expectations and experience, we didn't get value for money for a 4* hotel (ie. we went to Olbia to Bacchus\Jazz Hotel and quality was way higher!).

The food is good, some typical Sardegna tastes, you can try the wine Vermentino of this region. The hotel has its own beach easily accessible and pleasant. The rooms on the first floor have no wi-fi and the air is not so pleasant inside, it is a little bit chilly. You cannot rest and sleep until 23pm, when the animation program for children ends. but in the morning it is calm, birds are singning

I stayed at this resort for a week with my family. I had a great time with both the staff and the b-free entertainment staff. They are all very nice and good. Unfortunately the structure itself is not four stars but three.

All inclusive a scam, undrinkable coffee and drinks from the vending machine, if you want drinkable, you have to pay for superior quality. Ambienti molto accoglienti , stanze pulite e ordinate , con ampi spazi interni e una spiaggia attrezzata riservata, con ombrelloni e lettini e anche un trenino per arrivarci comodamente .Unica , piccola pecca ...il dispenser dei saponi a parete difficile da usare con una sola mano. ..ma ci si sorvola sicuramente. Ristorante eccellente, cibo abbondante e di ottima qualità, menù vario e per tutti i palati. Dolci e bevande a buffet compresi.. ☕ ANIMAZIONE TOP!!!! Sono stati tre giorni davvero piacevoli. Le camere meriterebbero una rinfrescata, così come alcuni ambienti comuni. Tutto il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile; ottima l'animazione, sono stati tutti bravi e simpatici, ma Jessica merita davvero una menzione speciale!! Cibo buono, vario e abbondante, con vino e birra inclusi ai pasti e acqua imbottigliata, ottima la pizza! Bella la piscina e ottimo servizio in spiaggia.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La struttura è un po' datata ma accogliente e pulita. Il personale è gentile e disponibile ed i servizi sono ottimi. Davvero una vacanza rilassante. Per chi lo desidera il trenino della struttura fa servizio per e dalla spiaggia attrezzata. In alternativa la passeggiata è davvero gradevole. Animazione presente ma non insistente . Cala della Torre : bravi!
