Staff lovely - very attentive. Food good but buffet always cold. Plenty new towels daily in room. Super location for touring/viewing the area. Pool area cleaned daily.

Great staff, breakfast had so much choice and fantastic value.

Currently here on day two of a five night break and I urge anyone who has booked all inclusive to cancel and go room only or go elsewhere!! Let's start with the good things- - location. Smack bang on the beach which is great. 30 minutes from the airport too. Lots of local restaurants to eat at. - bar staff. Lovely bunch of guys. Nice and friendly - alcoholic drinks. Lots of options and the measures are amazing. Don't drink the cocktails from the machine though as they're warm and have no alcohol in them! -cleanliness. The hotel is clean and tidy. Pool areas are clean. Now onto the downsides and these are deal breakers- - the food is a disgrace. Every meal time, the food was stone cold. Not even luke warm. We've been down at different times to see if it makes a difference, but it doesn't matter if you're the first ones in or go in 2 hours later, it's always freezing. There is no heat lamps and the bain Marie's underneath are barely warming the trays. This is a huge food safety violation and the risk of poisoning is extremely high. We addressed this with the reception team who had no real response other than they'll send them an email? They also gave us a complaint form in spanish. When we asked for help with what it said, he wasn't helpful and said "well you are in Spain". This is probably so people don't bother to complain! They also claim they take all reviews seriously and this is the first time that cold food has been brought to their attention. I count at least seven this month alone... This is dampening our weekend away celebrating a big birthday but we will be at reception bright and early with a stone cold breakfast for the manager to try if its so edible 😊 Will post updates with pictures and how our complaint process goes. We don't want anything for free, we just want WARM food!!!

Fantastic location great staff very friendly can't do enough to help. Good selection of food, enough food choices for everyone. They don't skimp out on the alcohol. Entertainment needs looking at, no Entertainment during the stay but we are aware we are out of season. Hotel is spotless, cleaning staff every where each day. Fantastic rooms, clean tidy accessible. Will return in the future. Please don't listen to all the negative reviews, come here open minded to enjoy your stay ans you will. Great town area outside of hotel with lots to do. Cheap buses to get in and out of area for day trips. We loved our stay.

Overall I would say if you are booking this hotel as b&b you will be safe. That’s if you still want to microwave it. This resort is not all inclusive & does not include snacks! Food is terrible- RAW infact! COLD & not a great selection. Hotel and on the beach booking agent not very helpful when making a complaint. Wanted to downgrade us and give us £90 back to go to room only from paying over £650. Since leaving the hotel I have made a formal complaint and the hotel are refusing to help me. The hotel being on the beach is the only good outcome this holiday had. Loads of food restaurants around so please eat out! Disappointed to say the least with this holiday and experience. Book with huge caution.

Where do I start with this place location is fantastic but if you are thinking off going all inclusive I would avoid it like the plague undercooked chicken served and raw burgers from the first floor bar don’t come here unless you must not recommend
