"Beautiful family resort. Service are top. My kids love the mini disco and other kids activities! Lots of food choices for the half board. Unfortunately drinks are nit included. Room are spacious and beds are comfortable. I would go here again with my family."

"The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. The terrace of the sea view room is great. The view in the morning and at sunset is beautiful. The service is also very warm. The breakfast is rich but the quality is more rural. What I am not satisfied with is that the room is not soundproof. The fan in the next room is very loud. You have to be accompanied by noise when enjoying the beautiful view on the terrace, which is a very negative experience."

"The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner’s birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop “pool”, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in. But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x"

"Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective."

"The view from our balcony is super beautiful. We get to see the whole port and the sea. Room was clean, amenities were enough. And after we checked out, we got to stay at the pool for how long we wanted. The only problem is that the aircon in the room was really bad. We were sweating the whole night. We called the receptionist but he said they only have people to check the next morning."

"The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel. You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure. The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation. The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port."
