The hotel is very clean and across the road from the sea. There is no elevator.

I would recommend this hotel if staying in La Boule. 50m from beach and a 5 minute walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. Nice roof terrace for sunbathing and you can take drinks up from the ground floor bar. The hotel allows dogs although the beaches don't.

J y question go the receptionist is not welcoming. as no one at reception I went up to her in the room. she told me there is a call button. I did not see him. Then she gives me my room. But as I also had to work, she opened the damp, musty accommodation for me, smelling like vomit. Wet green wall. I ask him for the key to lock my accommodation. She tells me no need, it's just us...I insist, she categorically refuses even though my personal belongings are inside and everyone can enter the accommodation which is in the customer toilets. Because these are old cellars. Small damp openings ect.ok free accommodation but not suitable for accommodation.

The staff is friendly and helps to make the stay pleasant. The hotel is located 150 meters from the beach and next to the city center. Everything is done on foot. At this time of year, we were able to park our vehicle in front of the hotel. In summer, it's a little more complicated. For the bedroom, bathroom space and 🚾 is a bit small. During my next stay, I will opt for the higher range. The price difference is not significant. The roof terrace is certainly an asset in summer. I recommend this hotel. There is a good atmosphere there.

A very quiet hotel. Our standard rooms are very good. The bedding is perfect, only the bathroom is cramped. For the rest everything was very good: welcome, breakfast, cleanliness, calm….vWe were with family and we can recommend it without problem.

Very caring staff. Spotlessly clean, the bedding was impeccable, we slept very well. Beach right in front! We will come back to stay in La Baule. The sea view, the breakfast was perfect.
