Hôtel Miléade les Pléïades la Baule

Great location and i enjoyed staying there.

The staff, to a person, was helpful, friendly, and cheerful. I had several requests, and they were all fulfilled (when possible) efficiently and in a friendly manner. The room was clean, and the bed firm and comfortable. I really appreciated the AC, BUT it was fixed throughout the hotel at 21°C, which was too cold, and is also a waste of energy. This was one request which could not be fulfilled, though various staff members tried, to be able to set my room thermostat at 23° or 24°. The breakfast was fine, generally of good quality. On my first day, there was a big bowl of prepared fruit salad (cut up pieces of fruit mixed together), in addition to a basket with whole fruit. But the fruit salad was not there the next day. I was told that this was only occasional. It would have been great to have it every day. Also, not being on full pension, I decided one evening to try the restaurant, only to discover (without being warned in advance) that the menu available to me was NOT the same as the one for the clients on full pension. Big disappointment! That's one reason I tried the restaurant, to see what the dinners are like with full pension. Also, what I had was acceptable, but clearly inferior. On a positive note, the food service staff prepared a really great picnic basket for me (13 €) for the train the day I left. One last suggestion, I would have appreciated a security bar in the shower to hold on to. But the shower floor was not at all slippery, which compensated. Overall, the surroundings are lovely, and there were many little things I noticed during my stay (which I don't now remember) which made my stay more enjoyable. I really great place!

Overall, very happy with our stay. It has a fab location beside the beach. The staff were very pleasant to deal with throughout our stay. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are very tastefully decorated. Great showers and air con was excellent in our first room (305) but a bit louder in our next room (7). Breakfast was very satisfactory and at a fair price. We loved the swimming pool which is well-heated (29 degrees throughout our stay). The hotel is quiet at night. The only challenge may be limited car parking onsite. You should book in advance if you can. We will happily stay here again on our next stay to La Baule.

We loved this hotel for his atmospher , so friend , so family , so nice rooms et good staff during the day and during the night , good value , very clean , we will come back with our family next year
