Hotel reserved for business travel. Practical because in the activity zone and easy to access off the highway. Good breakfast. Small downside poor sound insulation the people above arrived late and we can hear the footsteps with their shoes. You can also hear the doors of the other rooms slamming when they close. It wakes you up

There is not many things, which made this ibis different from other ibis hotels, but what is great, taht there is pool in garden. Other good thing is possibility to eat breskfast in the garden. Staff was nice.

The room is clean, but the equipment is a little old. There are no disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, water cups, etc. in the room. This is my first trip to Europe. I don't know if this is the case in Europe, but most hotels in Asia are equipped with these supplies. The hotel staff are very friendly and speak English. Because I wanted to drink hot water, I asked the staff to help me every day, and she took the trouble to help. I am very grateful! Breakfast is a typical French breakfast, mainly bread. I am really not used to it. It would be even better if you could add some hot pasta or fried rice.

We booked this hotel as it wasn't too far from a wedding we were due to attend and it was advertised with a pool that seemed ideal for our 4 year old grandson. On arrival, we found there was no pool - just a building site that the patio area overlooked - yes, nice view (NOT). When I queried this at reception, the receptionist really wasn't bothered. The breakfast was just ok but if you like a cup of tea, I wouldn't bother with this hotel as they didn't have any t bags unless you like fruity tea. The hotel is situated in quite an industrial area, no shops or bars. Our room overlooked a motorway bridge. The hotel on the whole was clean and tidy. If you haven't got a car hire, taxis' are very expensive.

Hello, thank you for giving me the opportunity to share an unfortunate experience and I weigh my words. I regularly stay in hotels, Mercure and IBIS, this is really the first time I have complained. So the stay took place at the IBIS MERCURE DE CAVAILLON from Friday April 26 to April 29, the organizer of our Seminar had reserved more than 10 rooms, breakfasts and dinners Friday and Saturday for 18 people. When I arrived on Friday, I wanted to take a shower, I grabbed a towel... I'll let you judge for yourself from the photo. I made the remark, and another towel was given to me… On Friday, we had dinner there On Saturday morning my room key did not work, the receptionist changed it for me three times, she dismantled the lock and allowed me to enter, in the evening when I wanted to go to the room, it still did not work. We had to call the on-call technician. On Saturday evening, a table for 18 people was reserved at 8:30 p.m., we were on time, the choices had been made in advance, we were not yet seated when the plates arrived…. We kindly said that we wanted to have an aperitif before, we were told that in the next room, there were 40 people waiting to be served and that they had priority… My question is how is the priority at Accor? At 9 p.m. still no aperitif served even though we had finished the main course... I went to the person in charge, who told me that we just had to arrive on time and not at 9 p.m.; I then pointed out to him that it was exactly 9 p.m. that we had finished the main course so as not to eat cold and that we still had neither aperitif nor wine... After a while, the aperitifs arrived, some did not correspond to the order… I went to reception to ask to speak to a hotel manager. I was told that there was none on the weekend Sunday morning at breakfast, there was a hellish crowd for just one coffee machine and I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get near of this machine …… the two photos with the timing to judge, although the first was done after about 10 minutes of waiting Monday morning at breakfast same story. I went back to my room and came down at 9am to have breakfast. I was kindly asked for my room number to know if I had paid for breakfast, certainly, there I took it very badly and I said that it was very unwelcome, given the conditions in which everything was organized, I was told that they had been waiting for a second coffee machine for a very long time and that they understood my dissatisfaction. Then the elevator broke down, but that's something that can happen just like lock problems. In addition, the person who had booked only had a trickle of water in their shower

Good location, a little outside Cavaillon, on the banks of the Durance with secure parking. Welcoming staff at reception and throughout the hotel in general. Very decent breakfast and appetizing food. The small downside: no small towels, no Kleenex and the hairdryer in our room was not very inviting.

Always a pleasure to go to Cavaillon. The teams are friendly, welcoming and caring. The lobby is modern and well decorated. This is the best Ibis breakfast I know. The restraurant Jeannette is a great discovery.

Having stayed two nights in this hotel at the end of February 2024 with my children. The negative points are that the windows in my room did not open and there was no brush in the toilet. The positive points are that in the hotel there is a table football, a table tennis table and the equipment provided is a tennis court. The people who work at reception are very professional, very welcoming and very attentive. I wanted to particularly thank Yelena for her professionalism, her attentiveness and her availability. Thank you for everything and good luck for the future.
