We used this hotel as a 1 night stop over for a cruise that we were on the following day. I picked it for its location as it is about 15 mins from the airport so it’s before you get to the city centre and it’s about the same time to the port . The hotel is modern , very clean and well kept . The staff are really friendly and were always helpful when it came to questions . Breakfast is buffet and does the job well. If you are a larger party with rooms on different floors then ask reception if you can have access key cards to their floors as you won’t be able to get to any other floor other than reception and your room floor from the lifts . It would probably be easier to try and guarantee the rooms you want before your stay . Overall we had an excellent experience and will use again in future.

I lost something there, and the room cleaners took it without acknowledging it. I called the hotel several times, but they just perfunctorily said they were checking and never called back. They acted as if nothing had happened. Each time I called, it took 10 minutes just to get through. To avoid wasting more time, I’ve decided not to pursue it any further — but I will not book this hotel again, and don’t recommend it to anyone.
