"Rooms are basic but comfortable, bar and garden/breakfast area nicely decorated. Good parking and good breakfast and even though the hotel is next to the highway it is extremely quiet. It is far from the city centre in a commercial area - wouldn’t recommend for a city trip. Staff is very friendly. Good value for money in general."

"From the first minute you enter the hotel, it provides a very friendly service, disinfects all places, super clean rooms and a clean and quiet parking area. This is the second time I slept here, and I will repeat it without a doubt."
"The hotel is not in the downtown area of Valencia, it is in a town between the city and Torrent. In general, it is quite satisfactory. There are supermarket gas stations nearby. It takes about 11 euros to take a taxi from the train station. Win at cheap price"
"I only stayed here for 2 nights as it was the most convenient in terms of my location. For 2 days it is very nice as the room that i was assigned to had a small cute terrace, the bed was comfortable and even though i had to share the bathroom with 3 other people, it did not cause any problems and most of the time you don’t hear them. Overall, i would recommend this hostel for short stays."
"We were going for an event, we arrived very late, and we were given a room with two double beds. We had hired a wedding room and we were immediately changed them. The staff were very friendly. The room was a little small, the large bathroom, but without shower.
The best breakfast. All super rich. From outstanding ...the best of our stay, no doubt. "
"The hotel is quite good, it is new, modern and the beds were comfortable even on the sofa bed was sleeping super well.
We had to pick up the car for almost everything even though the reception girl (super friendly) explained all the bus combinations to not need the car and that are almost at the door of the hotel."
"Esperienza positiva. Appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario. Il quartiere molto tranquillo e bel collegato sia con autobus che con metro. Consigliato."
"Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness
Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel.
Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us.
Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night.
Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place"

Very Good
CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time
LLiulianjiangziThe hotel is in a great location, close to the commercial street and shopping malls. There are also Japanese restaurants, hamburger restaurants and pizza restaurants opposite, but the hamburger restaurant is very average and we didn't think it was delicious. The Japanese restaurant is still delicious. The hotel's breakfast is also relatively rich.
There is a supermarket about three or four minutes away, which is convenient for replenishing water, drinks and snacks.
The room is relatively spacious, with a typical Mediterranean style, but the sheets are still not clean, and I feel itchy all over. I quickly put on a disposable bed cover. Everything else is OK
GGuest UserMy boyfriend and I booked this place last minute. We walked to and from the center most days. It’s easy to get around. There are a couple of food spots in the area. I would say it was a 15 min walk from one of the main plazas and the metro is an 8 min walk from the apartment.
The AC is not a proper aircon, it’s like a portable one. We had to put in on the chair and have it face the bed with the back tube sticking out the window with the widows open and it was actually fine.
We were only there for 3 nights so it was perfect for us.
BbarceloignacioIt was only one night, and without breakfast, but I found it to be a very comfortable hotel, in a very quiet area with good transport links. The staff was very friendly. The room was large, clean, bright and had a great bathroom.
GGuest UserGood location and nice breakfast. Had luggage room to store luggage after we checked out which was very convenient.
The main problem was that air conditioner was not working. The lady in the front desk told us the air conditioners were not working in the whole building, so they could not do anything. I stayed on the 5 th of June, and it was 26 celsius degree. We felt very hot in the room, no fan, no air conditioner. That means no air flowing in the very small room. We woke up several times and sweating. My hair and my nighty were wet. Finally I got up to shower again. But we were still sweating, couldn’t sleep well the whole night. That was terrible for tourists if they could not have a good sleep. I thought the staff should tell the customer that the air conditioner was not working before check in. Let the customer choose if they still want to stay. We ended up our sweating after we went to the strong air conditioning restaurant to have our breakfast.

DDavidOnly booked one night as it was close to the Mestalla to watch the football. Room was basic, no kettle or tea/coffee or even the standard free bottles of water. Room was on the ground floor through a maze of wood paneled flooring which at night meant that you could hear any late revelers coming back to their room quite clearly. Could also hear other residents moving furniture around on higher floors. I mentioned it to reception on check out that where the room was was quite noisy and he just went ”Yeh, sometimes” and when I told him I didn't sleep very well, he just said ”enjoy the rest of your travels”. Not even an apology or anything. The breakfast staff were lovely.
I've stayed in other 3 star hotels in Valencia that are much better than this with a lower price point, so maybe this place is a little overrated/overpriced. Good location though and obviously the selling point
MMarc GaldonFerrerThe hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it.
The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia.
Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera.
The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.
GGuest UserThe hotel was better than I thought. I was worried because the reviews were bad, but it was good. The only bad thing was that the man at the reception who seemed to be the boss seemed to be molesting the female employee, and the woman's expression was serious.
