The buffet service was terrible - food not kept hot at all and plates cold. Despite having to book half-board, after two nights we had to eat out at additional expense. The hotel website offers "double beds", which we ordered, but this turned out to be single beds pushed together. These were not linked; in fact they also had single bedding, with sheets and blankets so skimpy that they did not stay tucked in. This not a double bed! It cannot be possible that Jet2 had inspected and approved this hotel. We never saw a Jet2 Rep while we were there and the reception staff said they never saw one either! This was our first and last Jet2 holiday - the package holiday you certainly can't trust.

Stayed for 2 weeks at the end of June so not quite peak season. Had a lovely sea view room from which we could hear (and see) the sea. Room was ample big enough for 2 of us. The air con in the room wasn't very efficient, more like a fan blowing. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was adequate. We had breakfast which was repetitive, all the usual choices plus bacon, eggs, beans or tomatoes. Also able to boil eggs and cook your own toast. Didn't eat in the restaurant for any other meals. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool but not many umbrellas. Lots of trees so shade wasn't an issue. Friendly staff on reception, in the restaurant and behind the bar. Special mention to Jerim who made amazing cocktails. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose the Panorama again.

The hotel is in reality nothing like the website states. It is very old and needs an urgent update. The cleanliness in fairness is superb and the only key benefit. The breakfast was poor. The private spa area for €25 per hour per person is not worth it. The beds are small and have very hard mattresses. The air con is poor.

Booked as a solo traveller some weeks ago, and the ONLY room left was a single occupancy on the 6th floor. Despite emailing the hotel a number of times in the weeks before my holiday asking for any possible upgrade to a sea/pool view room, there was unfortunately no opportunity to upgrade. I was going in a little blind as there were not any photos or descriptions available for the room I had booked. Arrived at 10:00am, and had to wait until midday for room to become available. When entering the room it was noticeable how small it was, but not really intending to spend much "awake" time in the room I was happy to make do - until I opened the door to the balcony! NO view at all even though on the 6th floor, other than a maze of fire escape stairs coming down from the upper floors, or the solar powered/air conditioning littered rooftop of adjoining buildings. Who is at fault for marketing this accommodation - the hotel, or the travel agency? Room: Good aircon, no English speaking TV channels, no tea/coffee making facilities, had to pay for use of the safe! Wi-Fi was a little sketchy and dropped out whenever moving from room to room. On a positive note, the hotel was exceptionally clean, especially in the Dining Room, where the attentive staff cleared tables and relaid with fresh linen within seconds of the diners moving on. The food however in my opinion was extremely limited/repetitive, unless of course you like pasta and/or chips! Being diabetic it was pretty much salad all week! Along with the salad, which of course you would expect to be cold, all other supposedly hot food was tepid at best. The dinner dress code was non-existent with football shirts, baseball caps, vest tops, and crop tops being the norm. Come on hotel, a few of the ladies clearly made an effort to dress up but they were in the minority! The pool area was pretty good, with no need at all to get up early for the "towel on the sunbed rush", and if there was not a lounger available there was always the fabulous beach a couple of hundred metres from the hotel. Evening entertainment around the pool every evening was not representative of anything Spanish, which was a shame - a man with a synthesiser playing dodgy tunes! As you would expect, the greater majority of guests were either Spanish or French, which is fine, however the English being very lazy and relying on staff being able to speak English, are going to be bitterly disappointed. Would I visit this hotel again - probably not - which is a shame. However being fully booked all summer they clearly do not need to do anything different!

For a sea view room: great location, half a block to beach, very extensive breakfast, modern bathroom, big balcony with furniture and clothes drying rack. Secure storage for our 2 bikes, spacious room, good air con, staff helpful. A great choice.
