This the second time I've stayed. Don't be fooled by the cheaper room rate. You have to pay 15 euros for the car park and euros for the safe. Per night. No cable TV and no Englishtv channels. We were out of season but nothing was open so had no where to go. Just blank walls to look at. The breakfast buffet was OK but no condiments and some weird shape knives that spun round in your hands. Had to go to bed at 6pm to dodge the mosquito's. Apparently we had a suite last time which had Netflix. Not that we booked it. Hardly call it a,suite.No one c. ould fix the TV which didn't work anyway.it was weird and would definitely pay a bit more. Anyway will have to be dragged kicking and screaming to stay there again. Give a wide berth

Excellent and spotlessly clean family run hotel, a super week here. Staff very friendly, reception always smiling. We always travel out of season, it was just such a nice place to stay. Such a change to the vast chain owned hotels where nobody cares. This hotel is loved by its owners, that is so clear.

Reading all the poor reviews, really people can complain about absolute garbage. This hotel is rated 3 stars and definitely out strips the 3 stars by a long shot. 5 star hotels can learn a lot from this family run business. Breakfast was excellent, pool area was amazing, staff friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for some one to tend to your ego, seriously get a maid. Have already recommended the excellent value to friends who have booked in. As for the complainers, stay home. Your holiday is determined by you, not those surrounding you. I rate it 5 stars.

This hotel is currently being renovated. However, it is a very correct establishment and very well located. There is no adjoining parking lot (the 2 offered are a few minutes away). The swimming pool is welcome. The meals there are more than adequate. The only downside is that the organization is a bit messy...

decent welcome nothing more!!!, clean hotel overall in the suite it would be wise to put one or two paintings on the walls, it's too impersonal; no privacy in the toilets; we only had 1 sachet of shower gel and 1 shampoo for 2 people and that for 3 days!!! it was missing when we went to clean the room but not renewed!!! never seen this!!!; the breakfast is correct however the evening buffet, there are practically only raw vegetables as appetizers and the main course 1 or 2 meats and 1 fish to choose from the parking at 20e is expensive (in the 4 stars+ in Lloret from Tue or Santa Susanna it's 10 or 15 e) it's true that it's not an obligation to take it; we wanted to test a 3 star: bad experience;

Stay in August, I rate the hotel. Very good, bedding nothing to complain about. Excellent breakfast. On the other hand, we only went to the restaurant once. The meal wasn't bad but nothing more. For the hotel + breakfast it's good, afterward there are so many restaurants around and there is a choice.

Note only on "the restaurant" which for us is not one, it's frankly not good (frozen), pay for that, frankly you might as well abstain, it's really annoying on vacation to come across again "a "tourist trap", unfortunately, is commonplace on the Costa Brava.
