The place was nice. Nice surrounding The lady on site could not help us enough as our travel agent stuffed up our booking and unless you have a car it is very hard and far to get to town. Breakfast was ok

Accettazione cordiale e disponibile. Soggiorno confortevole, ma letti singoli un po' stretti e duri. Aria condizionata decente, ma il riposo disturbato a volte da abbai frequenti da parte di due cani facenti parte dell'abitazione adiacente. Ristorante affiliato di livello medio/alto ma con ottima carne e buon servizio. Da notare la vicinissima fontana delle 99 cannelle, che, se visitata dopo una certa ora, da l'impressione di essere tutta per te. PS. Se avete un cane, l'hotel è molto pet friendly, e l'appartato Parco delle Acque, immediatamente adiacente all'hotel, è un'angolo per lo più ombreggiato per far divertire il cane!

Ottimo hotel vicinissimo al centro de L' Aquila. Comodo da raggiungere e per spostarsi a piedi , ovviamente con qualche salita. Gentilissima e disponibile la ragazza alla reception. Colazione buona ma migliorabile.

Non è la prima volta che veniamo ed ogni volta rimaniamo super contenti del servizio, della pulizia e della signorilità. E poi uscire dalla struttura e trovarsi di fronte al meraviglioso monumento della fontana delle 99 cannelle, non ha eguali. Torneremo, sperando di trovare sempre qualche stanza libera per noi, perché è molto richiesto.

Fantástico hotel y Fantástico personal. Hotel en una zona pintoresca de L'Aquila al lado de su monumento más antiguo. Limpio y cómodo. Todo el personal es encantador y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. La Osteria La Fenice del hotel es un oasis para conocer la típica gastronomía del Abruzzo. Fantástica opción si vienes a esta preciosa ciudad del centro de Italia. Gente muy agradable y simpática. No te defraudará!

Hotel delizioso, oggetto di accurata e recente ristrutturazione, situato proprio difronte alla meravigliosa Fontana delle 99 cannelle: dalla finestra della nostra camera si poteva ammirare la fontana e ascoltare il dolce suono dell’acqua! Camere ampie, pulite, accoglienti, dotate di condizionatore e grande TV. La nostra camera aveva un piccolo e romantico soppalco per il 4’ letto subito conteso tra le nostre due figlie! Colazione varia e abbondante. La ragazza delle colazioni gentilissima e simpaticissima. Un particolare grazie a Flavia che ha saputo aiutarci e consigliarci in tutto con allegria e sincero amore per il suo lavoro, grande!

Consiglio vivamente Struttura molto pulita e ristrutturata di recente Bella camera con tutti i comfort letto super comodo e TV con tutti i canali. Bagno grande e bella doccia. Anche il ristorante offre le specialità regionali e una grande scelta di vini il tutto consigliato da una cameriera molto preparata e gentile
