A 3 star hotel pretending to be 4 stars…..! The hotel is overcrowded…breakfast, dinner feeding of the masses. No space in the swimming pool to swim! Room old and very used, shabby but you only sleep there so not so bad. Air conditioning blew air but not cold enough to reduce temp below 28-29c.

We have stayed at this hotel in June ,me ,my wife and our 2 children.The hotel from outside looks quite good the only issue was the parking.Is outside without any protection and you still have to pay for it.7 euros something to leave your car in a cooking summer sun.The reception was quite ok .We have not got any particular information because anyone hardly speaks any english but overall it was acceptable and not much a fuss about It.Apart from always when wanting something there was a queue all the times as only one person serving.The bedroom was quite decent and large when we entered and reasonably clean but in our stay of 5 days It was cleaned twice.Nor towels ,nor toiletries were replenished throughout our stay.But the main reason I am giving this establishment 4* its for its staff in Food and Beverage department.The bar even the lack of english is very noticiable but the intention to please us all the times was very refreshing.And then to mention the restaurant and specially its manager Yarrow.You could see his professionalism and passion for his job.The restaurant was always super full but him with his wit and charm and keeping always calm could handle the stress the way we have not seen before in this kind of establishment.And always had time for us in a very unintrusive and professional way.At the end of our stay we went to say good bye to him and to our astonishment when we offered him 50euros as a tip and he refused and told us that he doesnt work for tips but if we could leave a feedback about our stay that would be his reward.We would gladly be looked after by Yarrow and his team again.

Después de ir 11 años podemos destacar que los servicios que ofrece el hotel son muy buenos. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero suficientes para nuestro gusto. La comida del buffet está muy bien, variada y con platos para todos los gustos.

Las camas son cómodas y el espacio esta bien. La altura de la bañera, para salir tienes que agarrarte a la cestilla donde se colocan la esponja o demás utensilios para no resbalar, la alcachofa y la parrilla de las toallas estan excesivamente altas,

Fui a este hotel por vacaciones y casi todo era de mala calidad: -El SPA (jacuzzi y piscina climatizada) estaban fríos y las saunas no iban. -El gimnasio que ponen que hay no existe, lo quitaron el año pasado, pero me parece que tendrían que ponerlo en la página web. -Las habitaciones estaban bien, pero las cortinas estaban manchadas, y por la noche había un ruido tremendo que venia del baño. Las camas (colchón y almohada) estaban bien y te hacían estar cómodo. La ducha/bañera era bastante espaciosa -La parte de fuera estaba bastante bien y tenias la playa al lado donde podías pasear tranquilamente. -El buffet, sin duda, era la mejor parte del hotel. Había mucha variedad tanto de comida como de postres y también habían 2 cocineros que iban haciendo la comida al momento. La mayoría de los postres se repetían en todas las comidas, y aunque haya variedad, estaría bien que cambiaran los productos de vez en cuando. Los camareros muy majos. -La zona de juegos era bastante variada y entretenida, pero el hockey de aire no iba muy bien. Habian varios enchufes para poder cargar cualquier dispositivo. -En el bar, todo en general muy caro y las bebidas no eran las más grandes. La noche que estuve me pedí una coca cola y menos mal que lo vi porque estaba caducada de hace 2 meses.

Desilusión de este hotel. Masificado , la piscina se queda pequeña. La cala llena de piedras y algas. Buffet escaso. Si tienes cualquier problema médico por su culpa, no te facilitan su seguro médico. Ni de responsabilidad civil. Ni tocar.

Excelente situación, personal atento, limpieza bien, buffet correcto, tenía reservada una habitación para una única noche y por motivos profesionales necesité pernoctar una segunda noche, no quedaban ya habitaciones standar y tuve que contratar una habitación superior, un poco mejor el confort aunque el precio disparado al doble, lo considero exagerado, añadido al coste satisfecho por un parking totalmente exterior por no disponer el recinto de garaje interior, sopesando la parte positiva puntuo 4 de 5 aunque, modestamente, lo catalogaría como un tres estrellas superior,

Hotel muy familiar con muchas actividades tanto acuáticas como en los alrededores, para los niños. Muy recomendable para las familias. Bastante masificado en las horas puntas tanto el comedor como las piscinas. No excesiva variedad en el buffet.
