The view , the FOOD ! And the wine , the staff .. exquisite !!! This quaint hotel and winery is located in north Cyprus But has the feel of any 5star hotel in all of Europe ! We have come before .. but it is under new owners and management .. and we were concerned if the quality of service And excellent quality of dining and drink would remain … and guess what ? It has indeed !! They have even upgraded some of the items on the menu and left those favorites that we love to enjoy every time we come … The staff know us by name as well the management .. they make it a habit to remember Your names and your preferences for food and drinks ! And the front desk staff - WOW ! They bend over backwards to ensure that your stay is the best - they go above and beyond the normal good customer service !

Firstly all the staff were most friendly, welcoming & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were thrilled to be upgraded to the wonderful Rose bedroom with stunning views over the vineyard & beyond to the sea. The bed was very comfortable with soft bed linen & pillows. Being a chilly February 2 days the room had been beautifully warmed prior to our arrival. The bathroom was luxurious with a huge shower area. There was a handy dressing room too. Large balcony windows opened up onto a large balcony. Our dinner on the first night was superb & the tapas the following night in the wine bar were delicious as well. The breakfasts are to die for! The wines from the hotel's vineyard were excellent & after a wine tasting tour & visit to the cellars, we could not help but buy a few bottles to cherish at home! I would highly recommend this hotel in its peaceful surroundings amongst the vineyards & foothills of the mountains.

We had a great one-night stay for my wife's birthday. We loved the beautiful location in the hills with a view of the sea. The staff were very polite, professional, and always ready to help, which was a nice surprise. They even made a special cake for my wife's birthday and decorated the room before we arrived. The spa was also excellent. Even though it's a top winery, they didn't have any local Efes beer and could have done with a couple of extra vegetarian meals on the menu, but this is a minor issue. We will definitely come back one day! A well deserved 5* review
