From the start, valet parking. Smooth check in. Gorgeous room with balcony overlooking the marina. Nespresso coffee machine. Huge comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect room temperature. Large walk in shower with fantastic touletries. Didn't have breakfast as not hungry but had lunch instead. Huge array of good food. Nice pool area with the most comfortable loungers and fluffy towels. Good customer service around pool and I forgot my charger but customer relations charged my phone for me and even fixed my broken flip flop! Finished my stay with a superb hamman and massage. Highly recommended!

The hotel has great location and view from rooms AWESOME! Wonderful view of Mediterranean Sea. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Yet, room was a bit d but the hotel itself is a bit old. Breakfast was decent but very tasty. Hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel has many restaurants and I cant choose which one was more tastier. I liked all of them. In a nutshell, dont hesitate to choose this hotel. Just go and enjoy your vacation.

We were very pleased. Especially the rooms are very clean, we would like to thank Ms. Mehtap for her interest. We are thinking of staying again. I recommend it to everyone. The food of the hotel was very good and the employees were very caring.

I booked this hotel with”full board’ I hate buffet. I sent them 3 emails requesting clarification on the meals. Never got a reply. Turns out all they offer is buffet I wanted to shorten my stay and asked for credit in a la carte restaurant. First they agreed to, then 10 minutes later they said “time to decide” was over and they rescinded the offer. They e mailed a photo of the room I was supposed to get. Did not get it until the next day after I complained . No credit for the inferior room. All they care about is money, not guest satisfaction. Terrible business practices! No ethics avoid this hotel!

The 5 star hptel with the 5 star customers thank you so much for all the help about everything, the bar was really clean and Oğulcan, was really helpful with the deinks cleaning and understanding of the customers Hotel’s pool drinks customers are my favourite

Hotel was ok in term of price performance. In the main restaurant the guy named Taylan and lady Kristina are doing an amazing job. Also Arzu in the pool side lobby is an unbelievably good. Thanks for hiring such great staff memebers. I’ll be definitely back !!!

This is one of the most beautiful Hotels to exist. The beach is always clean and the staff is more than friendly. If you are here and Umutcan is working you will be very happy. He is the most attentive person we have met and his service is elite. They all will take really good care of you and your wellbeing. It is our 3rd year in a row and the quality keeps being perfect.
