Location very good, amenities fine, breakfast very average, facilities good apart from one of our group went to the hair dressers and got charged €77 for a wash and blow dry. After challenging the hairdresser she was told they used very expensive treatment on her hair. Hence two others cancelled their hair appointments. We will consider another hotel for our next trip.

The location of the hotel is good. Even though I rented a family room, they initially tried to give me another room type. They said this was the one shown in the system, but when I did not accept it, we got the room we booked. The room was generally nice, but the sheets and blankets on the single bed were stained. We asked them to change it and the problem was solved. .The biggest problem is that unfortunately there is no internet in and around the pool where our room is located.. If there is 1 hour, there is no 5 hours.. When we reported this problem, they said that there was a problem with the device and that it would be fixed, but nothing was done in 4 days and the staff we talked to said that this problem has been going on there for 3 years. Since I did not buy a local SIM card, I had to use my own internet and I spent approximately 3 thousand TL internet usage for 4 days. If it wasn't for the internet problem, we were satisfied with all the other facilities. Would I recommend it? I mean..

I booked two rooms with a panoramic view, what was my surprise to have rooms with a view of the parking lot and dilapidated buildings. The food was disappointing this time, repetitive a lot of chicken it was no longer the hotel where I had been the year before. The hotel was invaded by Germans on organized trips, no chance of having a corner in the lobby after dinner. I was very disappointed!
