i could not recommend this place more, from the start to the end it has been amazing. what really makes this place what it is, is the staff especially at breakfast and dinner and also at the beach club and a few honourable mentions to Onur Danas from the beach club, Mehmet Kurt and Alper from the dining at the hotel. this place is very relaxing but also has many options to where you can go in the evening to have an unforgettable night especailly the sky bar. overall it is a perfect hotel and would recommend for any type of stay

We were very pleased with this hotel where we stayed as two families. We stayed 3 days and it was wonderful. We would especially like to thank the waiter Mr. Mehmet Alabay for his service. Thanks to him, we are considering staying at this hotel once again.

We spent the day at the beach club at Lords palace for my daughter’s birthday with family and friends. It was a really lovely day with welcome drinks, fruit bowl and plenty of staff on hand. They made a special effort for her birthday. Thank you Tuğça, Beyza, Melisa, Onur

I visited Sky with friends for cozy night out drink and dinner. It always been my comfortable place since day one. Staff are always ready to help, kind, friendly and polite. They valued customers and deliverer the service that is good value for your mula👌🏾 Ozlem has always been super nice and one of the reasons that I keep coming back to Sky. She always makes a smile on my face and always acts professionalism manner. Alpaslan, amazing kind and caring, polite and helpful. I was served my many but I can’t remember their, I can still remember Yilmaz, a hard worker and ensured that we had everything that we needed and happy. Pls continue doing a good job, all of you from the cleaner to the bosses kudos✊🏾

Not a 5* as we know it, okay for N. Cyprus, bar staff no idea what they are doing, English poor, no life guards, tired pool area. Food nice, drinks expensive, towels small. No complementary water, Would not stay here. Go to Abu Dhabi for your holiday !!!

We made a "free cancellation" reservation which we cancelled because our flight was cancelled. nothing "free" about the cancellation. its been almost a month and the hotel refuses to cancel our visa transaction. "not able to do so" is their response. their only suggestion is international bank transfer which they want me to pay the fees (almost 100$) from my own pocket. I currently opened a dispute with the visa company with all details. my next step would be a lawsuit. will update how it will turn out.

Stayed here on holiday with my family and had the best time. We were assisted by Selim, Demir, Obe, Eylül who helped us with every need. chef Mesut and Negla from the restaurants could not do enough for us all and the food was greate. This hotel is the best one in the island. Definitely the most exclusive one and the service is the best you can get. Eylul from Esquire is the best staff member here and it’s our second time and not the last. We had the best time here. Celebrating 2 birthdays and we made it a tradition to spend our birthdays here as the water sport and the service at Bella Marin are the best you can get.
