It was a great stay and hospitality was amazing. The Guest Relatikns supervisor , Mr. Kaan was so helpful and we received excellent hospitality and professional service from him. In general, all was fantastic and this hotel is highly recommended in terms of great atmosphere and professional and friendly staff especially Mr.Kaan.

Stayed for two nights at the hotel over the Christmas period. This was not the first time we had spent Christmas at the hotel but this was definitely the best so far. At check in we were greeted by Dalia who completed our registration very quickly and efficiently. The service, accommodation, quality of alcoholic drinks and food were all excellent. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast selection on offer in the Spice Restaurant. On our previous visits we found this to be a little basic. Fruit juice had to be purchased at an extra charge and the cereal choices were limited. The whole of our group were impressed by the improvements. All staff especially in the restaurant were very pleasant and attentive. Our waiter Raj was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention has to be made about Nicla the restaurant manager. She worked very hard ensuring that everyone had a warm welcome to the restaurant and was aware of everything happening with her staff and guests. Our rooms were beautiful and housekeeping made sure they were kept clean and well stocked with amenities. Looking forward to our next visit.

It’s a great hotel not only for a holiday but for a leisure and here you can spent very good time with your family and friends! Big thank you to Kaan Bey from Guest Relations Department who is always open to help and always polite! Another big thank you to members of Sky Bar, Ece Hanim, Adam Bey, Muhammad Bey for their professionalism and hospitality, for their kind attitude and service! They are always kind and helpful in any case! Food and service of the restaurant of Sky Bar starting from beverages and food always delicious and beautiful! Everthing so cool ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can recommend the restaurant, the hall rooms and, of course, the staff here to everyone Oli helped me with everything. when I arrived here i also like the food and the spa , the city is greatful, i like Oli when he attend to people . very fast and hard working man . A bellboy with good explaination. my family from romania will come back

No trip to Kyrenia is complete without visiting Lords Palace Hotel Restaurant for either lunch or dinner or both.. Food presentation is stunning, everything is fresh and tasty and as they serve dishes from different cuisines everybody finds something yummy to eat.. Friday is for fish and sushi, Wednesday for Asian food, Saturday usually for Turkish/cypriot etc.. Service is efficient, staff polite and helpful and you can visit the restaurant even when you are not a hotel guest (charges applicable).. Special thanks to chef Erdal Birlik who always goes the extra mile to make sure everybody is happy with her/his meal and all the restaurant staff present during my stay namely Kemal Taktik, Yusuf Orhan, Nil and Mehmet Alabay.. Thank you for another great experience..

Tolga saved our holiday ! We booked an accessible room for 5 nights and when we arrived they had given our room away to another guest with special needs. Only one room in hotel that is step free shower and a wide bathroom. Tolga on the front desk remained calm and did everything to find us another hotel and accessible room and the hotel accepted responsibility for mistake. I can’t thank him enough for saving our holiday which could have been a disaster.

WOW Super hotel, great service English Spoken, rooms fantastic and pool superb, Food Excellent I cannot fault this place it exceeded all our expectations. We had 6 fab days here and look forward to going back. Rooms lovely, maid on 6th floor was fantastic could not do enough for us a bit thank you to her lovely lady always happy and chatty. Food went to HB plus and the buffet one of the best we have been to great choice of food cannot say enough really, waiters great especially in the evening Ishsmile was great chap. ( may of spelt that wrong) Pool area has beach club as well all fantastic, clean and great service all the time. We had a great time here and thank you to Lords Palace.
