The staff were welcoming, I arrived VERY early and was expecting to be able to leave my bag for several hours whilst I had a look around the town but was told it would only take an hour. Lovely room with a nice view of the harbour and pool area.
The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Have just got back from holiday. The Hotel was lovely, the rooms are kept very clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is in a great location by the marina, and it is lovely to see the turtles swimming in the marina. The beach is a short stroll away , but the hotel also has a lovely pool to lounge by, with plenty of loungers. We ate out in the Old Town -which is a short taxi journey, the restuarants were superb and the sunsets were lovely. We really enjoyed our trip and would certainly return again

A lovely small friendly family run hotel. Simply furnished rooms with a very comfortable bed with good quality linen and towels. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and well run. The view from our balcony was stunning and it was nicely shaded, more comfortable chairs on the balcony would be good. Good location with two or three restaurants nearby and a relatively easy walk uphill in to the town. We ate a few times in the old town where there are some good restaurants and a nice atmosphere in the evenings but had a taxi. Our only disappointment was the lack of public transport to other towns in the area and difficulty accessing information. It was a pity that the hotel did not serve food after breakfast until 3pm. If we returned to the area we would stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of September 2024. Greeted by one of the owners, Nikolas. Warm welcome and given a room on the second floor overlooking the pool and harbour. Room was spotless with daily maid service. Good breakfast with normal cereals toast ,pastries, sausage and eggs, and the normal continental style with ham, cheeses tomatoes etc. Orange juice, tea and coffee fruit and yogurt. We hired a car for the 2 weeks from Kiriakoulis rent a car. Excellent service. We didn't eat dinner in the Hotel but ate several times at Pementzo which was a minutes walk out of the Hotel on the right. Had some of the best fish dishes we'd ever had in Greece. We also ate at Karnagio and Ammos who are both about five minute walk away. These were both excellent and reasonably priced. Special mention to Lefteris and Aldo at the bar with their friendly service. Unless you just need to chill at the Hotel, a car is definitely a must. Visited Olympia, Ancient Messene , Peristeria and Neda waterfalls. Holiday Rep didn't recommend Neda falls as its a very tough trek. Would definitely return to this Hotel.

We really enjoyed the Hotel , the room although small had everything we needed and everything worked ok. It was kept immaculately clean as was everywhere else on the complex. The pool and sunbed area was lovely, perhaps in peak season you may struggle to get a sunbed but we had no problem. The breakfast was good with home baked pastries, eggs and good orange juice and coffee. The bar staff were great and did really good cocktails. Nicolas on reception booked a car for us for 3 days without any hassle and we enjoyed touring the area including Olympia, Methoni and beautiful beach near gialos nature reserve. The area around the hotel let it down as was under developed and closed down tavernas around so had to walk into town up hill for food. The square 10 minutes away had restaurants but the old town further up a steep hill had really good restaurants and very reasonable, recommend the taxis which they will get you from the hotel very plentiful and 5 euros to get to the top.

We are staying at the Kyparissia Beach Hotel at the moment. Very clean hotel, good quality linens and towels, friendly staff, great location, good food, great selection of drinks from the Bar. See Sea Turtles (Caretta-Caretta) from the hotel or across the road at the marina. Fantastic sunsets too. Will review again at the end of our stay. So far….we would happily return to Kyparissia itself, and to the Kyparissia Beach Hotel.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was kept spotless, the room was of a very high standard, air-con worked well and was free as was the room safe. Breakfast was buffet-style and of very good quality and variety. Hotel staff were very helpful when organising a car hire and taxi up to the Old Town. Without doubt the best accommodation we have stayed in during our many Greek holidays.

Awful stay. The only nice thing was sea view and turtles. I am disabled and I asked the owner if he could stop the kids from diving/bombing in the pool as it was wetting the sides. Supposed to not have kids in pool from 14.30 till 17.30. Not adhered to in the slightest. When I complained he said kids will be kids. Several of us nearly slipped over, due to the overspill from the kids antics.
