10/10 and will definitely book with Rinn again! Room size is awesome for our family of 4, comes with 2 beds and 2 futons (perfect for the kids to have their own space). Toilet and shower are separated hence made it convenient and not having to wait to use the bathroom. We made use of the washing machine located on the ground floor which cost 500 Yen including drying. Overall experience was excellent! Highly recommended.

We booked 4 rooms cos there were 8 of us including our 85 year-old mum travelling with us. Our stay was during peak season. Appreciated very much to allow us an earlier check-in for one of the rooms booked. That was important especially with our elderly mum with us. The supermarket nearby made it very convenient for us to stay in some evenings when it was too cold or too tired for some of us to go out again looking for dinners. Ms Mariko was very prompt with the responses to my querries before arrival. Ms Chika attended to us when we first arrived and so pleasantly welcoming us and attended very efficiently to our needs. Thank you both for making our stay very memorable at kyoto. Location was convenient enough and rooms were very comfortable with laundry facilities provided. Am so glad we found this place during our accommodation search for our family holiday.

The location wasn't near Kyoto Station, but the bus to Kamo River and other tourist spots was 5-6 minutes on foot. First of all, it was nice that Nishiki Market was nearby. There is a post office and convenience store nearby The location is also great, but all the staff are really so kind. If I come back to Kyoto, I'd definitely stay here again. There is a bicycle rental system on the 1st floor, and you can rent Apple TV or board games. The room I stayed in was a Japanese style room with a tatami living room, and it was very spacious for the price. The three of us were able to use it comfortably, and it was nice to have an induction stove and coffee machine in the kitchen. I stayed comfortably and happily while staying in Kyoto ☺️❤️✨

This apartment is more like a homestay, but there is a front desk, but it is not 24 hours. There is a front desk staff from 3 pm to 11 pm. At other times, it is self-service. If necessary, you can write the request at the front desk. On the registration form, the staff members will be prepared to go to work. We have no special requirements, so we have not written them all. The location of the apartment is not very good. Look at the traffic guide that is sent between the five and four subways. We are going to the No. 1 exit of Wuzhi Station. There is no elevator. Friends who take big luggage have to pay for it. The strength, and then according to the navigation, there is still a distance, but there are several convenience stores and a supermarket along the way, there is a 50 bus on the road where the apartment is located, the apartment is in the residential area, the night is very quiet, nearby restaurants Not much, there will be more to go to the five subway stations. We booked a triple room this time, the room was quite large, the room facilities were quite complete, the lighting in the room was very bright, not as dark as the average hotel, a little dissatisfied when the reservation was high On the floor, we arranged the first floor for us at the time of check-in. The hotel explained that the other floors were full. The room on the first floor was behind a balcony. The sun could not be touched. It was really a little disappointing! Although the apartment is not in the Wang District, the surrounding environment is very quiet, we also like it very much. I will choose it next time I go to Kyoto, but I hope that I will not arrange the first floor for us!
Stay Sakura Kyoto Matsuri

The hotel check-in and the address of the hotel are in two places, it is a chain hotel, all stays Sakura hotels check in at this place. Note that it is not 24 hours and there will be no one at night, so please contact in advance. There is Chinese service, and it is very close to Tokyo Station. You can navigate and walk past it, about 10 minutes. After check-in, there is a free shuttle bus to the hotel, but it can't be picked up and can only be sent to it, which is very convenient. There are free foot stickers and snacks at the check-in area, and luggage can be stored for free. The hotel cannot, which means that if you want to store your luggage, you have to drag your luggage to the check-in area, which is not very convenient. The hotel is small and clean, with a hot pot and a microwave oven. You can walk to the nearby bus for travel. The nearest 711 is a little bit far away and has to cross a large road, but overall the price/performance ratio is still very good.

Comfortable place for a family stay. Room was spacious for Japanese standards. Facilities modern and functional. Fairly close to station and sightseeing landmarks. Quite and clean. It would benefit to have the staff to speak better English though.
