This hotel was in a really great location, right beside the main Kyoto train station. The room was very spacious and had a nice view of the Kyoto station so you could see the shinkansen trains come in. The only drawback is that at night you could hear the vehicles outside. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tokyo Stay Kyoto Sanjo Karasuma during my visit to Kyoto, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city made it incredibly convenient for exploring the various attractions and immersing myself in the local culture. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff at the reception. They provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The staff members were consistently helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. The room I stayed in was cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed. Despite being compact, it offered ample space for a solo traveler like myself. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities were modern and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.

Clean and comfortable room with daily house keeping, comes with all the toiletries I needed. Conveniently located at 3 minutes walk from the closest subway exit and also close to bus stations for routes to popular sightseeing spots. Self-service check-out machine was easy to use and the process took only half a minute. Suggest to add a clothesline and a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom, and the room would be perfect.

Best location hotel so far. Located between two subway station. Center of kyoto shopping street. Nice and clean facilities. I like the view from our room this was surplus. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

The transportation is very convenient. It is within a ten-minute walk from Kawaramachi Station (take the Hankyu Express to Osaka) and Kawaramachi Daimaru Takashimaya and Nishiki Market shopping districts. There are so many choices for shopping and dining. It is almost an easy walk to the Kamogawa River for a run or a walk. Just steps away, you can reach bus stops such as 5, 17, 205 and other lines. If you walk slowly, it only takes half an hour to reach Gion and Ninnezaka Kiyomizu Temple. In addition, the girl at the front desk is Chinese and her service is very enthusiastic. This autumn viewing trip was very pleasant and I will come back next time!

Very convenient location, right in the middle of Kyoto, subway station nearby as well as a pretty decent market literally 2 minutes away by foot. The rooms are small and there aren’t things like a private bathroom, though the shared facilities are nice and clean so there’s no real issue with it.

The room faces Lake Biwa and is quite beautiful. The area is quite large for Japan. The bed is comfortable. I slept on the tatami for many days. It feels great to lie on the big bed. The hot spring is also very good. My skin will be smooth after soaking. It would be better if they can provide ice milk. The pick-up bus is very convenient I booked a hotel with dinner included. The buffet provided for dinner did not have many varieties. There was not even a seafood sashimi. The beef place provided mediocre food and the Western pastry was pretty good.

Use on JR Tokai tour. So I don't know the price of １ nights, but it is used at the price of the shock of 22000 yen from Tokyo to the Shinkansen ２ night. It was the first unizo, but the first thing to note is ”clean linen”. Anyway, everything is clean and beautiful. Everything is very comfortable from the entrance as a space with the shallow construction. The room is small with 14 square meters, but it is larger than the APA, and the room with heavy color use is not bad because it is not seen in a light touch room with a thin color like Toyoko inn. It was a pity that the bathtub was small, but it was prepared to the original amenities and bath salts, and this was also a good impression. What was more surprising was the quality of towels, and there were many thin bath towels in business hotels, but it was quite good here. Wifi is comfortable, and various portable charging adapters are also available, and coffee and tea are also provided firmly. The only regret is that the restaurant of １ F is ”Matsuya”, so breakfast becomes Matsuya's regular meal. This is a pity. I didn't want to eat, so I made a plan without it. If this is a quality vegetable center buffet, it is 100 points without complaint. . . I thought. I don't know what price it will be after the corona, but at this time there is no complaint if you stay overnight. I think I will use it again.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights for purposes. I chose this one near the station because of the location, but the room is a business hotel type and is by no means large. Is it kept clean? I couldn't deny that the equipment was aging, so I entered the room and there was a spot that was noticeable. Although it is 2 consecutive nights, the card key will not work at 11 o'clock the next day, probably because I booked one night at a time, and an error occurred. I asked the front desk to deal with two stories, but I went to the front desk again without apologizing and went to the front desk again. From the time of check-in, I couldn't feel the service spirit at all at the front desk, and it was clerical. This hotel seems to have nothing to do with that. Because there are usually more people cleaning the room for one night, the aunt uses the entire corridor to spread the used linen in each room, and it is difficult to walk in the corridor. The elevator is also occupied by a linen transport cart around 1100-1300, and it is difficult to get there. It's okay if you just sleep, but it feels a little expensive for that room and service.

This is a good hotel. I like its service and they lent us its umbrella during rainy day. Room is decent and check-in is fast. Overall is good and recommended. Location is just opposite the JR station.
