I don't want to miss the charming autumn colors of Kyoto at this time of year. It's better to do than to say. When I was choosing a hotel this time, I saw the newly opened Kamo Residence by Reflections. I prefer new hotels. In addition, the hotel's location, room size and facilities, and the scenery outside the hotel also fully met my expectations. I made an order without hesitation. I have stayed in many hotels of all sizes in Kyoto before, and I have also experienced the top 3 Park Hyatt, Aman, and Ritz Carlton. To be fair and open, I will choose here again in the future. At this price, a 60-square-meter room is rare in Kyoto, not to mention in Japan. There is also a kitchen with an island counter, dining table and chairs, induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, temperature-controlled wine cabinet, kitchen utensils for pots and pans, tableware, and various tea cups, coffee cups, and wine glasses. This supporting facility and the view of the Kamogawa River outside the window crush too many competitors. The owner has considered everything that can be considered and put a lot of thought into it. The drinks in the refrigerator, the coffee, tea and snacks in the room are all free (free). When you check in, you can create a WeChat group, and all kinds of thoughtful tips will be sent to the group, including daily weather, sightseeing recommendations, and dining recommendations. There is no language barrier when living here, both Chinese and English are smooth, eliminating the embarrassment of Japanese. The store asks the day before whether to have Japanese or Western breakfast the next day, agrees on the delivery time, and puts it outside the room door on time. This way, you can eat in the room without disturbing your sleep. The room is in excellent sanitary condition. It will be cleaned after going out during the day, and it will be cleaned at night. There is also a terrace on the roof of the hotel where you can barbecue and party. There are three floors and 6 rooms in total. More than ten family members and friends can come together and directly book the entire hotel. You must find a little flaw in the ointment, that is, the shower in the bathroom is a little inconvenient for the elderly with inconvenient legs and feet. I mentioned this small problem to the store, and the store accepted it happily and planned to improve it. I'd like to let you know that there is already a branch in Hanama-koji, a very nice Japanese-style loft, 5 minutes walk from Kennin-ji Temple, which I like very much. The branch in Yasaka Shrine will be opened in two years. If you ask me where to stay in Kyoto, I will definitely recommend this place.

It’s an extending stay of another 2 nights! The service was consistently good, the girls at the front desk defiantly speak better English than the guys. Our second room was facing to the west, there’s been some weird humming noise that you can hear in the room time to time. We didn’t bother to report it to the hotel as we were out for sightseeing most of the day. The breakfast was not as good as for example swissotel in Osaka. But it’s good enough to let you have a good start of the day!

Amenities are in the amenity bar on the first floor free to take for you. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had and even helped us search for specific places we wanted to go to. Room was very nice and clean. Location is great, very short taxi ride from Kyoto Station and about a 15 minute walk from Gion and the shopping district. There are bike rentals around the corner for more mobility if you fancy. Metro station is a two minute walk away so you can also get around by metro very fast.

I went to stay at this newly opened Hilton Kyoto with a try attitude! The style is more distinct than other Hiltons I have stayed in. The texture is very good! The area of more than 50 square meters is very suitable for families. It is close to various designer brand stores nearby and is suitable for shopping. The sofa bed for extra beds is also very comfortable. The only drawback is that the hotel still has a little taste of new decoration! There is no view outside the window. The other hardware is impeccable. It is definitely worth staying! I will go again

This is a conveniently located hotel in Gion. Rooms are very small and noise isolation could be better. Unfortunately there was no place to store a bicycle overnight. Otherwise it is a good choice. I would stay there again

Super recommended this hotel, the location is not very popular, but in fact it is four or five hundred meters on the side of the subway, very quiet, very convenient to go to Nara, near the direct railway can use the spot coupon, back from the Kiyomizu-dera Temple along the second year It is also just right to walk back to the hotel. In the morning, there is the matchmaker's matcha drink, and the soup can be soaked. The hotel environment is very good, the tatami is also very comfortable, and the breakfast is very delicious.
