К сожалению, нет стиральной машинки, но рядом есть прачечная. Дом очень чистый и теплый. Всей семье домик очень понравился. Дети сказали, что он им напомнил домик из мультфильма ”Мой сосед Тоторо”. Очень рекомендую!

Don't know why but I fell in love with this hotel. Modern, clean, always with good music and smell, well furnished with wood, concrete, and plants, with a lovely bakery at the entrance, and a fantastic restaurant serving a delicious and abundant breakfast. The room was very well modernly furnished. They offer you many experiences, and even an electric bike to visit Kyoto (that I really enjoyed). The staff was very friendly, even if sometimes it was struggling to talk due to poor English knowledge. It is very close to Higashiyama and Gion, which you can reach by walking 15-20'. The rooftop bar serves excellent cocktails. Additionally, the price is low for the service and the quality offered! FANTASTIC!

The hotel staffs are professional and enthusiastic. For the seven days stay, everything was perfect. The room is spacious compared with other hotels at the same level. The hardware are well maintained. The restaurants provide great food. The breakfast at Cafe 33 is great but limited in variety given the price. The Italian restaurant trattoria sette provides great pizza and pasta. The location is quite convenient given its proximity to Kyoto Station, thought it’s a bit far from Kawaramachi. There are bus stops connecting Gion, Higashiyama, Kawaramachi, Kyoto Station and Tofukuji quite near the hotel.

The location is very good, you can go to Kiyomizu Temple in the morning. I didn't watch the Gion Festival in summer but I saw the selection of the Gion Festival. The front desk India was very good with the staff. Breakfast is eaten in time and the flow of people is very good. There is a happy hour for dinner, a small cup of optional wine. No experience in the soup.

A suite was set, and two rooms were connected together. The room was clean, with bathtub, shower, kettle, pot, bowl, wontons, cups, and we even cooked shin ramen in the room! It is within a 20-minute walk from Huajian Road and Kiyomizu Temple. The location is good. There are two bottles of drinking water in the room, and they are not given after drinking.

The hotel is far away from Kyoto Station. After getting off the Shinkansen, it takes more than half an hour to transfer to the subway or walk. It is recommended to take a taxi. The fare is about 1,000 yen. Walking up from the hotel is the 2nd and 3rd-year-old hills. Go down and turn right and you will reach Hanamikoji. It is basically in the center of the scenic spot. If you are traveling independently, you can consider it. The facilities in the room are complete, clean and tidy, and there is a welcome card handwritten by the staff. The old man at the front desk was very enthusiastic. He helped us carry our luggage as soon as the taxi arrived. He also bought us water and sent us to the door of the room. The service attitude was very good. It rained heavily that day, and the Shinkansen was out of service. We missed the check-in time. We called the hotel first, but the front desk asked us for 400 yen (200 per person) when we checked out. It seemed that it was because we missed the check-in time. So there is a fee, because I was in a hurry and didn’t ask clearly, and it seems that the platform didn’t write it clearly. In any case, if you arrive late, you must call to inform us. The hotel has access control, otherwise you will not be able to enter.

Wonderful & decent hotel if you're willing to walk a bit. The closest bus stop is 5 minutes away, but if you want to go to the shopping street at Kawaramachi Station, it's 10 minutes. It's not far at all, typing it out like this, but going back to the hotel after a long day might be a little frustrating if you don't know your way around the bus/metro lines. On the positive side, which in my opinion outweighs the con by far, it's close to Sannenzaka and is in a quiet area. The room is quiet, clean, and has everything you need. Compared to other hotels we've stayed in (in this price range), it was also quite spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful; they were really friendly and did their best. I would recommend this hotel for the above reasons! We didn't mind walking, so it was great and added to our stay.

Great brand new hotel with amazing location. The underground train to literally everywhere is just outside . The historical places are all within walking distance from the Property . The hotel is really brand new with amazing Design and Service . The rooms are big enough even for 3 people . Breakfast is awesome , food quality excellent . The Public bath is amazing . Kudos to all the team for exceptional service , especially to the Italian man at the reception and the girl by the name Niseko. Verdict : we will be back and recommend it to all our friends

Checked in but was given a bed that was already taken, however they rectified it quickly and switched me to a female dorm instead of my previously booked mixed- dorm. Showers are clean and there is a common kitchen area on 2nd floor and lounge area on 1st floor. The location is near bus stops which can get you to the train station. The bunks are quite spacious with an area to place your baggage as well. Great for solo travellers. Do note that there is a ¥200 fee per night that you will need to pay upon check in.

First of all, the owner was very kind! I arrived before check-in time, and they left my luggage for me and gave me a tourist brochure. Also, yukatas were provided in the room, and the blankets were soft and warm! There was a bit of a draft, but it got hot right away when I turned on the heating. The bath was quite spacious, warm and nice. Hair dryer, toner, lotion, comb, cotton swab, etc. were all provided👍Instead, it was provided on the first floor where the bathtub is, so it was inconvenient to have to go down the stairs to use it, but it didn't matter since I was going to use it after washing anyway. I really recommend breakfast too! They let me decide when I would eat breakfast when I checked in, and when that time came, they woke me up by phone. It was great to have the experience of eating breakfast while wearing a yukata haha. If I visit Kyoto again, I definitely want to come back!

The location is very close to Kyoto Station and there are many buses to arrive. We had a perfect stay at this new boutique hotel and appreciated the care and consideration for all the well curated amenities: heated wood floors, comfortable bed, excellent pour over coffee, variety of teas, great tub/shower and bath products, complimentary access to on-site washer and dryer, humidifier, mini fridge, and of course robe and slippers. The staff spoke excellent English and were always available to offer helpful recommendations, book a taxi or show you how to use the very high-tech all-in-one washer dryer. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a small and intimate boutique experience within an easy 15-minute walk of Gion.

Two people lived in a whole Japanese-style villa ～ The room was very clean and beautiful. There were bungalows and tatami style rooms. The bathroom also had a super-class automatic bathtub.
