The room is exactly what you see in the show pic. The room is kind of small but its ok for 4 of us, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need . They even have the hair straighteners for those who want to style hair, that’s the extra point ! This place also provide free luggage storage for those who leave late.
The Location is extremely perfect , 3 mins walk to metro and 7 mins walk to Sanjo shopping district and kamo river .
Overall is a nice stay for us~ highly recommended!

A studio type of hotel in good location near to train station. Walking distance to Gion and Nishiki Market. Very convenience. There are lots of restaurants nearby too. Check-in was done in the office near Kyoto station and super easy. You can storage luggage in the counter and hotel when check-in and out which is a plus. They provide shuttle to te hotel. Overall a very good experience

This is the second time we have stayed here but it has changed a lot since our last visit. It’s a perfect location, excellent facilities (even hair straighteners) and spacious for a family for 4. The laundry and dryers were great as we stayed a week. The only tiny thing that was missing was an iron!
Check in at the station is super easy and got the free shuttle to the hotel. The location is so close to the metro and walking distance to all the main areas. I really can’t fault this place at all!

Except for the checkin area, which is difficult to find, this hotel is perfect in all other aspects. It is the most considerate of details among the hotels I have stayed in. The biggest feeling for our whole family is that there are many problems when you are not staying in the hotel. You wouldn't have thought of it at the time, but when you stay, he will help you think of all the problems you may encounter in hotel design, hotel facilities or hotel services. It's unbelievable! I forgot to take a picture of the hotel, so I found 3 pictures of the scenery I took to replenish the number.

My kids loved the projector and sleeper sofa. It was a really comfortable cozy room and after a long day of sight seeing, coming home to this cozy room was very nice and relaxing.

It’s a good place. The only thing is taxi drivers can’t find this hotel. I dont know why. But it’s a very convenient hotel. With everything inside each rooms like kitchen utensils. You can even cook in the room theres an electric range. Bathroom’s nice too
