이런경우가첨이라 좀당황스럽긴했지만 예약취소변경할수없다는걸
예약하고 알았내요 결제도 현장에가서 카드결제를 해야해서 좀 그렇고 환률변동이 있을건데 그럼 첨에 보았던 가격이 아닐수도있으니 불편합니다. 아직결제가 안됐으니 안가도 되는것아니냐고 트립닷컴에 물으니 카드정보가 들어가서 호텔측에서 임의결제할수있다고 노쇼는 하면 안된다고 하는군요 여행일정중 날자를 변경하면 호텔값이 반이상 줄어들기에 문의했는데 안된다고만하고 트립닷컴에서 취소안해주는건지 호텔에서 안해주는건지 알수없는 부분입니다.
호텔도 별로였는데 창문도 안열리고 불투명창이라 밖이 보이지도안아요 쇼파베드 탁자공간이 일본호텔치고는 넓었습니다.
쇼파베드는 청결도가 좋지안아 좀 불편했어요. 쇼파위에 라탄등커버로 되어있는데 일어나다 머리 박기 딱좋게 되있어요.
방청소 요청해도 안해준다내요. 날짜변경도 안해주고 취소도 안되고 방청소도 안해주는 호텔 첨 봐요.
맘에든건 칭대는 더블치고는 넓었어요 비대도 좋은거고 욕실도 목욕탕의자도있고 캐리어 보관 열쇄있어서 잠구고 나가면 되더라고요 우산도 구비되있고요. 보통 호텔에서 되는건 되있어요

六天五夜京阪自助行；2023/09/05入住ㄧ晚。會選這飯店是因爲離鴨川跟清水寺更近一點。這個位置走到鴨川橋(松源通)10分鐘(鴨川街道上有ㄧ家燒肉店蠻好吃的、到六波羅密寺15分、到清水寺正門約35分。早上退房時，櫃檯日本先生剛好上個月來臺灣台南找朋友，他的國語說的非常好，讓我們感覺非常親切。

房間超級棒 性價比很高 在日本能訂到這麼大的房間確實難得的 下次去京都還安排這個酒店。前台沒有中文服務稍微有點遺憾

Property is clean, with helpful staff, in a convenient location in the downtown area (but very touristy). The mediocre rating is due to: 1) horrible beds - like a piece of plywood with thin foam, 2) rock hard pillows 3) limited space - barely room to walk around beds, 4) limited amenities - not even coffee - one pay washer/dryer on ground floor - one microwave for every other floor, 5) for a shockingly high price.

Great stay for the two nights. Limited space for opening luggage but extremely clean and had free basic items such as quips, razors, and toothbrush. Good value for money. Easy to get around and close to Kyoto station.

Great location, nice and clean. Rooms are very small, but comfortable. We appreciated being able to arrive any time and leave our luggage, even though the reception was unattended.

Even though the hotel sits on a busy street, the hotel was very quiet. This hotel is a small, boutique hotel and service (when staff isn't around) is requested via Facetime from an iPhone at the front desk. Don't let that discourage you. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff, when there, is very friendly and are approachable when something is requested. Check-in isn't until 4 pm and there is a self-service luggage rack with locks. We were comfortable with leaving our belongings there for several hours. The hotel is a close walk to the busy Kyoto Kawaramachi area and Shijo Dori. The walk to Kyoto Station is about 20 minutes. Food isn't offered at this hotel but there are plenty of choices outside of the hotel. This hotel is great for all types of travelers who don't need a lot of attention.
