環境優美，食物好吃， 交通上叫的士也沒問題， 酒店可以提供單車騎行， 去到老城區的主要景點20-40分鐘。 服務很好，是個好酒店， 但是對比其他相同的奢華酒店，活動或者體驗內容會偏少。

入住比較晚了，工作人員完全沒有給什麼介紹，也不知道具體設施在哪裡。歡迎水果還沒吃第二天就給我收走了，沐浴用品品質很差，抽紙也用的很粗很差的那種。房間裏的茶包比公共空間裏的免費茶包還要差，不懂這是什麼區別對待。早餐不好吃晚餐也不好吃，晚餐小朋友套餐裏的蛋糕有個冰箱味。整個房間很長很窄，看電視感覺是貼在眼睛前面的，浴室過道非常窄，小朋友通過剛好的程度。沒什麼空的地方多打開一個箱子。衹有公共空間做的比較好，住宿體驗很一般。對標aman太可笑了。過道的欄桿上很多蜘蛛網。晚餐吃完已經簽單過了，退房又要再簽一次單，剛想理論，幸好對方自己發現錯誤了，也是無語。除了有温泉比較度假，其他各方面都一般。

京都四天體驗了一天金閣寺附近的Roku Kyoto，在半山腰景色宜人，整體感覺細節滿滿，注重環保，停車免費，入住有歡迎小點，後悔沒有帶走這衹吉祥物太可愛了，床很舒適我累到秒睡，早餐種類沒有westin豐富，園景房其實沒必要，看不到遠處的景色，泳池是温水，很舒適。
總之，是家非常適合放鬆和休閑的酒店～

房間還可以，服務很差，還説啥希爾頓的奢牌服務，服務跟不上，打電話叫他來行李打了10分鐘才接通，跟我説早餐要是10點前到，到了還要排隊。6000的酒店這樣的服務規劃聞所未聞。酒店的mini bar全部收費，真的很摳門了。服務人員，看得出來酒店為了省錢請的大多數是菲傭。服務吧別指望太多，同價位酒店建議選擇fufu。

提早與酒店溝通有寶寶，需要房間提前安置圍欄，因入住時間較晚，到酒店後什麼都未準備。到房間後沒有飲用水，點水後兩小時未送到。
