The hotel is warm & cozy. Staff are friendly & helpful. They offer breakfast & dinner so it's good to stay here during Japanese New Year time when some restaurants are closed for holiday.

因為深處深山，自然環境特別好，走幾步就到寂光院。旅館是很傳統的日式風情，體驗不錯。然而到夜裡特別黑，方圓百里可以説是沒有人∠（ ᐛ 」∠）＿。
交通方面形容起來是上山下山，需要坐車到國際會館站轉bus上大原。距離市區有點遠。
旅館每天晚飯都有不同的火鍋，都以味噌作主題。還能嚐到大原特有的味噌雪糕。
服務方面招待都很熱心，預訂的房間大得讓人意外，住4個人都綽綽有餘。露天的温泉很有意境，可惜起不來白天泡一回，風景會很好。
不知道是不是特別服務，退房那天吃早餐多了一碟開胃小菜。早飯也是十分傳統的日式風格。
缺點也是有的，説明入住事項時可以再仔細一點，外面有洗漱間能刷牙，是我們自己泡完湯路過才發現。隔天有新的浴衣毛巾直接放在門口，差點沒注意到，然而已經錯過使用的時機。
最後，住大原最好空一天在這邊玩。

1. 추가요금 요구
어린이 투숙요금 무료라고 해놓고 추가로 1인당 4000엔씩 요구
어린이 요금 무료 아니냐고 하니 두살짜리 아기 두명의 나이를 높게 봤다는 말도 안되는 핑계로 두살은 2000엔 일곱살은 4000엔을 요구함 이게 맞는계산인지 아니면 외국인이라서 바가지를 씌우는건지 이해가 안됨
(방예약시 인원 정확히 기재 총7명 방두개 예약함)
2. 숙소 직원이 불친절함
숙소 앞에 주차 안내요원이 주차하라고해서 주차하니 300엔 요구해서 지불 먼가 이상해서 체크인시 그 종이 보여줬는데 직원들 아무말 안함
도무지 이상해서 내가 이게 맞냐 하니 그제서야 그사람은 다른 업체사람이라고 자기 주차장은 위쪽이라고 이야기함;
그외 아기들한테 강압적으로 이야기하는 등 전반적으로 불친절함
3. 전반적인 시설 및 위치 등 굳이 갈만한곳일까 싶음 그냥 같은 돈 지불할거면 오사카나 교토 주변 호텔에 숙박하는게 나을듯

市區坐車差不多1小時左右，房間沒有衛生間。但是周圍環境不錯，三千院紅葉十分漂亮。路程離開酒店不遠。👍

店家服務非常好，房間是榻榻米非常温馨，窗外就是大樹，還有店家的晚餐和早餐都非常好，必須推薦温泉，在山中野温泉是人生第一次體驗，太棒了，這裏適合度假。

這家店很黑，環境一般，內部衞生差，此次經歷讓我和家人對日本旅遊產生很差的看法，老闆對每位客人説，你們定了學生優惠，但你們不是學生，需要補錢，一直到晚上我都有看到其它客人也被用同樣的方法被補錢，這種手法比較惡劣。
明明已經付款，還要再補交10500，實在無法接受
