This felt like a very authentic and traditional Kyoto experience, a bit outside of central Kyoto but well worth the journey. The entire staff was extremely kind even with the language barrier everything was clear. Beautiful dinner & breakfast service as well. Nice place to relax and enjoy. Infinite gratitude to the staff for a very warm welcome, I’ll be back!

最重要的京都行程之一川端康成最愛的平八茶屋, 就像是你一定要去清水寺或祇園一樣.體驗京都生活. 服務周到的管家,帶著我們穿過花園引導我麼進入房間, 還幫我們鋪床. 如藝術一般的餐點和食器,總共有10道菜的懷石料理. 我們 穿著浴衣從花園裡走去洗浴, 這是從來沒有的自在感受. 沒有到這邊體驗一泊二食就失去了來京都旅行的完整性. 房間的窗戶美極了, 透著楓葉看著鴨川.可以發呆看著窗外一整天. 也許房間有些不便, 但想著能住在歷史之中便覺得好幸福
