The hotel is located in a Buddhist monastery . It has curfew (need go back to hotel before 11:00pm) and has Buddhism ceremony in the very early morning. It is quite special experience staying here. The room is clean and quite and the surrounding of the hotel is tranquil .

The staff of this ryokan is rather cold. I don't know if it is the same temperament as the temple. I stayed in a ryokan in Koyasan before, which was even colder. However, there were really monks there. This is a standard hotel. The service needs to be improved. The morning ceremony was too cold. The temperature was below zero.
