We booking 4futons bedroom but they allow to use it only2!! If need more futon bed we have to pay!! It’s nonsense. In room is not clean have a lot of dust and that room can smell smoking very terrible.. but staff at restaurant so nice very good service. And we thought all same will not come here again.. reception cannot speak English so very hard to communicate

這家酒店在嵐山的位置很好，旁邊就是翠嵐酒店，嵐月酒店，寶嚴院在對面。櫻花季紅葉季到嵐山的話會來住，一是價格合適有單人套餐，省得找吃飯的地方；2是房間非常安靜。酒店雖是老的中檔酒店房間20平方米打理得很乾凈，服務也好，退房後幫我叫了出租車，認真負責。入住時遇上會講中文的妹子。餐烤牛肉套餐牛肉不是油脂豐富的和牛是普通牛肉，調味一般，早餐很簡單，對我有温泉蛋就行。床品實在太差了，枕頭衹有一個又硬又高，直接要落枕，用自己的毛衣墊着當枕頭才睡着，用被單隔着床罩當被子亂做一團。我真的受不了了但這個價位在嵐山也沒替代，千萬不要住嵐山花傳抄人多又舊又臟又破，一無是處，不如這還比這貴

就在渡月橋附近，環境和服務都非常的不錯，酒店自帶温泉浴場，周邊很安靜。聽説還是明治天皇休息過的地方。就是早餐可能沒有特別出彩的，畢竟日本特色料理吧。

坐擁嵐山絕景，不愧是天皇下榻過的酒店，環境一流。走去景點很方便，酒店自帶的飯店也還行，服務員有中國人，溝通無障礙。隔壁的湯豆腐料理也是非常推薦的。家人很滿意。

春節價格不算貴，在渡月橋後面，嵐山腳下。餐廳和房間都能看到庭院還是很不錯的。當然沒法正對嵐山，隔壁正對嵐山價格翻了5倍以上了。1000不到體驗日式庭院，還是很推薦的。

體驗良好，前台及禮賓服務專業得體.
位置極佳，鬧中取靜，選擇這家不會有錯，酒店就是個景點.
雖然老酒店了，房間還是能做到乾淨整潔.
選的一泊二食沒有失望，晚餐和早餐接待的服務是穿着和服的非常親切的人不老但是有種奶奶般慈祥的感覺。
下午下起了大雪，2024嵐山新年快樂.
