I just want to spend a night there in Kyoto. The room is big and comfortable for a solo traveller like me. Location is fine but will need to walk a bit to Kyoto Station. Overall is great!

Sleep quality is the most terrible issue.
Air conditioner blows too much, even when turned off. It's way too hot to fall asleep. The only option is to open a window, but it doesn't open much. Plus you get more noise and light from outside in the morning.
Pillow are super rough, and there is no choice between pillows. I got a neck pain and ended up sleeping on a small decorative pillow instead.
Breakfast dishes are mostly cold, some dishes are way too oily to be served for breakfast. Dishes are not refilled. No fruits. They only served a banana cut in 4 pieces and places on a small dip, so you phisically cannot take more than 3 pieces on your plate. A total joke.
The hotel is also outdated compared to other hotels in the chain. Such as there are no USB sockets by the bed, as in some other places.

Location is excellent as it is about 5 minutes' walk from JR Kyoto station. On exiting the station, head down the main street next to the Advanti mall (there is a big Advanti sign that you can't miss it) and the hotel is just a short walk down.
Did not eat at the hotel as there are many eateries around and near the train station, with a few conveniences stores close by.
Room was clean but of small size with space a premium for big lug gages.
Staff were very helpful providing detailed information on getting to places of interests be it by trains or buses.

Very short walk from Kyoto Station so it’s very accessible. Lots of food choices at the station and convenient to pick up regional gifts/ souvenirs. Hotel is new and very clean. Room was well laid out with space for 2 open suitcases and space to move around. Coffee & tea from lobby but room has a kettle & fridge. Washer/dryers available on site with vending machines & microwave. Lawson and Family Mart across the road with lots of restaurants. Would happily stay there again.

Great location, amenities provided, great soft bed. Very happy with my stay. Location near Kyoto station, easy transportation by bus and metro to tourism spots inside and outside kyoto.

Very near to Koyto station, only need 7 mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, malls, a supermarket in the station. Staff are nice and helpful. There is self laundry service inside the hotel. We shall visit again next time.
