The room was large with a huge bad and lots of space, the bathtub and toilet were separated. The view from the windows was pretty nice. Breakfast was good. However, there wasn’t loudly around, the closest one was 20 minutes walk from the hotel, and internet connection was pretty poor, I often couldn’t contact to the internet at all, it might be because I lived in the 4th floor in a corner room. There’s a great sushi restaurant just 1 minutes from the hotel, which I would recommend to visit. It cost me around 8000¥ for one person. Convenient stores and a metro station were just 5 minutes walk.

Good location, breakfast with 4 types of ice-creams, seldom can find breakfast will serve ice-cream. Restaurant located on 18/F with nice view of osaka.

I enjoyed staying here, although the room did not have much of a view. It was spacious and cozy. The front desk staff doesn't speak much English, but that doesn't matter. They are extremely kind and provided me with extra pillows upon request. It is also centrally located, and they offer free breakfast; however, the breakfast is a set, and you cannot choose.

The hotel is located near the station and bus stops; I came from Osaka and was at the hotel in 6 minutes. The Kamo River, the famous Gion and other attractions are nearby. The Black Pagoda, Kiyomizu-dera and Yasaka-jinja are all within walking distance.
Although the hotel is next to a busy street, it is quiet. There is a car in the lobby (I didn't ask what that means) and pleasant music is playing.
The room is spacious, the bathroom has a Japanese-style shower and a bathtub to lie in. The air conditioning and ventilation help cope with the heat and stuffiness.
The free breakfast is modest, but quite filling.
You can leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out.

It's very convenient to go to surrounding attractions and take a bus. There is a flower path outside. It's very quiet when it's lit up at night.
