교토를 대표하는 숙소를 찾기위해 여러곳에 문의를 했는데 최고의 추천은 아만교토 호텔이었다.
특히 숙소 스텝의 헌신적인 서비스는 감동적이었다.

帶着很高期待到京都安縵，大失所望。
酒店在一個狹長的山澗，客房前面是一些樹。後面有一條快乾枯的溪流
房間面積很小，一樓房間可以打開出去，但是外面是樹林和亂石，二樓房間也就是看門口的樹
房間設計已經陳舊，木頭浴缸木頭已經發黑，有一天還壞了沒辦法進水
比較不能理解的是酒店的床單已經很舊，且壞了一個洞，床品住了三天一直沒換，和破洞床單共處三天
服務態度有的人人員禮貌温暖，但有幾位對態度生硬
最可怕的是酒店的乾洗服務，酒店沒有自己的洗衣房，是外包洗衣的。衣服完全不能洗乾淨，我提出沒有洗乾淨，酒店一位男士説：洗衣房已經合作的很多年，一直是這樣的。如果洗乾淨會損壞衣服，我在男服務員面前用酒店的水、和小牙刷蘸着肥皂擦了一下污漬，污漬馬上消失。但是服務員説，乾洗店不能用水和小牙刷，所以洗不乾淨。回來國內衣服重新送到乾洗店，全部污漬都清潔乾淨了。
優點：酒店早餐味道不錯，衹是每天東西烹飪方法差不多差不多，衹是調整魚的品種。
安縵體驗過：北京、上海和京都，感覺最好的是上海的，風景如畫，服務温暖還有小動物和孩子玩，餐廳也不錯
北京的房間也感覺一般，服務也比上海差不少，有點是有一個小門可以去頤和園晨跑🏃
這些年住酒店感覺比較好的是上海安縵和北京文華東方
上海寶格麗房間有下水道的異味，早餐也是極為難吃

位於京都西北，著名金閣寺附近山上，很幽靜。酒店門口的日餐，極精美，無論是餐食，還是餐具。每一道菜上來後，服務員都會詳細講解，這點對國外客人很重要。酒店環境超棒，非常適合漫步思考。還有個彩蛋，外出約酒店的車，結賬時沒有看到賬單，特別提醒後才知道原來是免費的，頗意外。
酒店出門左轉，不到10分鐘就是鷹峯，有幾個小寺廟，沒有什麼知名度，但極安靜，特別適合喜歡安靜的人。

定了3個房間，一共五大1小，入住第二天恰逢Kyoto下雪，別有風味。雖然是春節期間，但整個酒店非常安靜，整個是依託大文山而建。
房間是極簡風，設施一流
服務特別周到，感覺有種“時時被關注”出門了馬上就通知打掃衞生。但是有天晚上回去估計可能沒想到我們回來的比較早。遺漏一個清潔劑在其中房間。知道有小朋友入住還專門準備了小童故事書。
早餐是套餐制，Japannese cuisine也比較適合中國人，就是量有一些太大。
最後check out知道我們去Tokyo的Aman還特別幫忙聯繫接送服務。

作為酒店中的貴族，這個價格當然讓我們期待值也非常高。
京都安縵的賣點就是花園，我想這個在全世界的酒店環境中也是很能打的，環境非常優美，空氣清新，哪都不去在酒店呆著都是很舒服的，適合度假，旅遊逛景點的話倒是可惜了。
但比起花園，最讓我印象深刻的是服務。以前覺得五星酒店服務都差不多，但見到這裏的工作人員才真的感受到什麼到把服務意識放進心裏。全程沒有對我們的任何請求提過半個不字，對於我們的生活習慣，他們會記住並且每天準備好我們需要的東西。工作人員的英語整體好很多，英語無障礙交流。我們不想浪費早餐麪包，詢問工作人員是否可以打包後等了很久，等到的是一包包塑封好並放進紙袋的麪包。
最讓我震驚的是我們到達下一個酒店後，這家酒店的工作人員告訴我們安縵聯繫了他們，讓他們準備好接待我們。我們仔細想了想，唯一的可能就是拜託他們叫了出租車，他們就知道我們要來這裏入住了。這個細節真的感動到了我們
缺點的話就是交通很不方便，畢竟在山裡，所以才有這麼好的景色。房間設施也就一般五星標準，沒有私湯，整個酒店沒有健身房。
總體而言，價格極貴，但家人表示有機會仍願意體驗，呆在酒店享受無微不至，賓至如歸的服務和美景就足夠奢侈了。
