Where everyone can call luxury hotel. The staff is very warm welcome. Location is nice. Bedding and amenities is good high brand. Recommend for who like to living in the luxury hotel.

The hotel is nice. However, the weather was not so good. The hotel is not too far from Kyoto station but not close to any major attractions by walking.  Terrence is comfortable with a nice view over the garden and Japanese not call amenities. Maiko performance are available on Tuesdays and Sundays. Food is good.

The experience is amazing. The room, the garden, the staffs and the location (outside the center so we can relax) are perfect. We had a garden-view room with a balcony that we could enjoy our drinks very relaxing!

幾乎無可挑剔的酒店。
早餐自助加點餐，菜品不算太多，但也都是有特色的菜品。早餐的服務員都很熱情。
酒店環境很好，很安靜，有八種枕頭可以挑選，客房服務員拿來很多枕頭給我選擇。
房間打掃也很專業熱情。
禮賓部都非常仔細認真幫我們要去的目的地和駕駛員確認。
很喜歡的房間設施。
健身房是所有住過的酒店，最棒的設施。
有樟木香的味道。
酒店每個細節都有熱情的服務員在值守。
喜歡京都，因為四季，下次還會來。
所有服務員都很專業。

房間不錯，酒店環境很好，設計風格是日式和現代相融合。早餐自助不算驚艷，但有一些特別菜單，也挺不錯，推薦嘗試菜單上的菜品。
但有兩個問題：1、訂酒店的時候直接在攜程上訂的，後面發現攜程上的價格和其他網站提供的價格存在較大差異，和攜程交涉後，攜程同意給我補償差價（後續收到攜程的補償差價後，我加補充）攜程也承認是他們的日本代理的價格提供的問題，希望攜程能找更好的日本代理，並能給攜程會員提供更有競爭力的價格。
2、酒店默認的床墊是歐美旅客喜歡的很鬆軟那種，不太適合我們家人。第一天晚上半夜2點多，我太太腰直接疼醒，後面時間也挺晚了，也為了不打擾我和孩子休息，那晚上她在地板上睡了一夜。和酒店溝通，第二天換了更硬的床墊。最後一天早餐，在餐廳遇到了general manager，她詢問我們的住店情況，我們將床墊的事情告知了她，在她的主導下，最終得到了的解決。

京都四季永遠不會讓人失望！環境、服務無可挑剔！建議選擇庭院景，京都景真的是除了綠樹什麼也看不到。每次來京都都選擇四季，住了一週，走時全家依舊意猶未盡！我們還會再來。
