when we checked in the door was locked and we had to call the CS to get the code to open the door which they should have given before the check-in. Key box was located not in the usual place and there was a lot of confusion.
We went out and came in the night and found the door locked and the keycode not working. wasted another international call to CS to check and instructions not helpful at all. had to force open the door . Horrible experience
There was a huge cockroach in the elevator
We paid for 4 person room and only 2 towels given . Had to go in the night and look in their storage for towels

Great location very close to gojo station. The room atmosphere is quite nice. It is a self check in place which was kind of confusing but not bad.

Self check-in according to email message, no front desk attendant. The room is large and comfortable, and travel information is provided. However, there is no microwave, washing machine and other facilities that are convenient for guests. It is recommended to check whether you have received an email notification before checking in. If not, contact customer service immediately to resolve the issue.

Location is great, it’s close to Gojo station subway exit that has an elevator, which is good for tourists with luggage. Convenient store and supermarket are nearby as well. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Remember to online check-in ahead of time in order to get your room smoothly.

When I called the call center when I had a problem, the call center staff were cold and I felt like I was being treated roughly, which was very unpleasant. The air conditioner was covered with a wooden fence, so the air conditioner's wind didn't come directly to the room, so I think it would be better to remove the fence. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

I was surprised that there was no one at the front desk at check-in or check-out. It was strange to go straight to the room and find the door unlocked and the key inside, but there were no problems with the stay itself. The room was clean and smelled like wood. I think this price is quite reasonable.
