Very nice hotel, room very clean and spacious, hot spring is big and clean, very nice breakfast. Close to Kyoto station. Nearby has restaurant and shops . Free ice cream

One of the best hotels we visited in Japan! Truly amazing experience. All visitors walk without shoes in the hotel but the floor was absolutely clean and nice. Excellent baths, massage chairs, breakfast (in the photo) and complementary ramen & ice cream. The room and the hotel as well were in Japanese style which was perfect for us. 11 minutes from shinkansen railway station, 7 minutes from subway, 30-40 minutes by foot to Gyon. Smoking room was available however it was pretty small but ok.
What could be improved: more cleaning in the bathing area in dressing room. More massage chairs would be nice as it was pretty crowded due to people waiting in queues. One woman left her child in the massage chair with ipad “for hours” so it was impossible for other visitors to use it.
Overall, fascinating hotel and we will 100% sure come back!

10/10 experience here! I recommend it to anyone going to kyoto, and looking forward to having a good nights rest after whole day activity. Overall, great experience!! will definitely come back!!

It is nice and clean but is a bit too crowded since there is a lot of people and the lobby is quite small.

Convenience hotel with hot spring service. Clean and tidy. Nice breakfast and hot spring. Also has massage chair after hot spring. Price reasonable

Location ok, breakfast superb, room very spacious. Onsen is very good, got many types of onsen inside (it is traditional onsen where tattoo is prohibited).
Just wall not sound proof, a bit disturbed. Overall is a green light to stay.

Location is a bit of a walk from Kyoto station but you can take the public bus, it's around 2 or 3 stops. Hotel is quite crowded as there are many tour groups staying here, difficult to get to use some of the facilities like massage chair as it's always occupied. Laundry and dryer machines are usually occupied too. Room is spacious but sadly ours didn't come with a baththub, just a shower. Onsen and breakfast are great!

The accommodation maintains the traditional Japanese style. Shoes are not allowed to walk inside the building. The rooms are clean and well proportioned. There is no bathtub because there is a public hot spring service at 3PM-10AM. In the afternoon, there are desserts. There is ramen at night. Breakfast is highly recommended, full of quality and delicious food.
Very good service.
It is a wonderful night to relax.
