Bad customer service related to early check-in. We arrived at 12 as a family with two children, one of whom was visibly ill. Room was available from 13. We were asked to pay an extra charge, even though we had called in advance to ensure early check-in was possible. This kind of customer service is not to be expected from a 5-star hotel.

Arrived without hesitation, a compact and beautiful hotel. The staff was kind and courteous, which was nice. The room was a superior twin, but it was still small. Point Recently, I've been choosing only hotels like that, so it's great that there's a washroom and a spacious place to move around.

It's a small hotel. I stayed in a deluxe twin room, but it was a pretty good room with spaciousness and facilities. Feel free to use the lounge on the first floor. There was coffee and water, but I didn't know if it was included in the service.

A small and cozy hotel. It has everything you need and the rooms are clean. The sound of water along the Shirakawa River is pleasant, but it is a pity that the windows in the rooms cannot be opened. I wish I could open and close it because it's good only in one place. I wish there was a washing chair in the bathroom.
