교토역 기준으로는 나쁘지 않은 위치이나 대중교통으로 관광하기에는 불편했다.
가격에 비해 방을 넓은 편이나 비효율적인 공간 배치.
청소 상태 및 정리 정돈은 중국 수준.
프론트 직원은 자리비울 때가 많아서 시간이 아까워 소통을 포기했다.
냉난방장치의 성능도 열악하고 소음이 굉장해서 적절한 온도를 유지하려면 비행기 기내에 있는 수준의 소음을 견뎌야 한다.
호텔이라고는 할 수 없고 에어비엔비 수준이다.
재방문의사 없음.
