It took some time to check in. There was an error when we checked in. There are no free coffee, which is sad.
It was nice inside the room, it was functional but its too small. We needed to walk a mile to go to train and bus station.
But It was a good overall experience.

Make sure to call in the first time you arrived because the PIN code they gave you doesn't open the door. However, aside from the slight mishap, everything else is fine. The hotel is close to bus stops and the subway stations, and there's Famima and Lawson down the street.
I think the best thing about the hotel is the free laundry. There's two washing machines and two dryers, so you may have to share (and the dryer takes a long time complete if you don't use both at the same time), but they're free. There's a generous amount of mangas (in English) near the entrance, so it's definitely a winner for me.
If there's another thing I'm uncomfortable with it's that the walls are thin, even by Japanese standards. If you have some rowdy neighbours, you may hear them even in your own room (or especially in the toilet).

It takes 7-8 minutes to walk from the exit of the subway station. Someone will help you check in, so you can arrive early to put your luggage. The room is clean and relatively large for Japan. Daily necessities and towels are available in the lobby. If you live on the first floor, it will be noisy because the laundry room is on the same floor.

The overall feeling is quite bad, it should be regarded as the nature between folk custom and hotel. The location is not far from the subway station but not too close either. There are only three squeaky beds in the room and not much else. The automatic check-in machine is very interesting, and there are no staff in sight throughout the process. Ctrip booked a price including tax, but you still need to pay tax on the machine, which is 200 yen per person per night. Although it's not much, I feel like I've been cheated, which is very bad.
