It was a new building and the room had a Japanese feel to it. I was very satisfied. It was very convenient as it was close to the station and there were restaurants nearby. I would like to use it again.

The beds in Japan are very small, so if we book a twin room and put them together, a family of three can sleep there. Although the hotel is small, it is very clean. I will stay here again next time.

1) Fridge was not cold at all 2) Public bath was out of service and it doesn't seem that the hotel owner planned to renovate anytime soon 3) There was only one room key 4) The drying machine was not cleaned/maintained properly by the staff, so our clothes were still wet after an hour's drying. We paid about 40,000 yen per night for this terrible service and facility, and I'm wondering why the hotel has the audacity to claim itself a 3-star?

Very new, comfortable hotel and very well located to take any bus line and get around Kyoto. Their staff is friendly, pleasant and makes you feel very comfortable. The room is spacious and very comfortable.

観光地から離れていて静かでリーズナブル。部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。清掃はリモコンの上にほこりが沢山乗っていましたがそれ以外は清潔です。注意するべきなのは、スリッパがないことです。靴を脱いでリラックスできないことが残念。パジャマは200円の有料レンタルです。使い捨てスリッパがせめて販売してあるといいなと思いました。朝食は最低1600円台からと高め。ウォーターサーバーとコーヒーがロビーに用意してあるのが嬉しかったです。
