It was convenient & easy to book thru trip.com. Hotel room is small & gym is very small too. The Hot bath is great. Really enjoy and relax inside the hot bath. There is a lounges for guest to enjoy & drink inside for free. Location is great 1 stone throw to kyoto station. Overall is great. Thank you trip.com

Excellent location and facilities, extremely close to Kyoto JR/Shinkansen/subway station and bus terminal. Right opposite to Avanti Mall with Donki, and just a 8-10min walk to Aeon Mall. A lot of restaurants can be found nearby.
High quality breakfast buffet service, and a public bath for travellers to charge up. Staff are friendly and helpful, while check in and check out can be processed with machines in high speed.
Rooms are big enough, clean, tidy, while it is a good and user-friendly design to separate the wash/sink, the shower/bath and the toilet into three parts with doors. Amenities can be self-supplemented in the lobby at any time.
Highly recommended for both family trip and solo trip.

Amenities like coffee and tea, toothbrush and toothpaste can be self collected at lobby. The hotel is facing a shopping mall level2 is the Dontonki shop.
And it is a walking distance to kyoto train station whether JR or subway.
Surrounding got shops for foods and family mart too.

The hotel is very clean and provided good amenties. The room that I was staying and the guest lounge looked exactly as per my photos attached. The location of the hotel was also very close proximity to Kyoto station, which makes it convenient when travelling by trains to the other attractions. I really like the idea of having a guest lounge with wide variety of refreshments for us to choose from. I would definitely consider staying there again if I visit Kyoto.

The hotel is located right across Kyoto station which makes the location very convenient. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. They have guest lounges for you to enjoy some hot drinks and to work. They can also help you to arrange luggage transfers.

Great hotel, very clean and neat. Close to Kyoto Station, with variety of places to visit. Onsen also worth recommendation. Not very crowded. Staff speaks very well English so no communication problems. And best cocoa ever I drunk in hotel’s common area!
