The location of the hotel is good. But the entrance is along the side road from the main road. First time will need to know how to navigate, otherwise the place is good.
The room is decent, clean and comfortable.

A five star hotel, five star location at the central of Kyoto, shopping and eatery are within walking distance, complimentary drinks every night where you can bring it up to your room. My room has a king size bed which you hardly can find in Japan. Shower and water pressure are good. Since my room is a king size bed, it is understand that there might be limited room to open 2 luggages. I will recommend this hotel ! Cleanliness good !

Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Amazing staff. All the amenities you could think of and even free drink vouchers to use as a welcome gift. From our first time entering the hotel felt like we were staying at a very high end hotel. Would highly recommend.

It's right beside the train station and along the tourist attraction
Hotel shower IS THE BEST, as there's the massage shower
The king bed is so luxurious
However Aircon is kind of hot, I think they fix temp in the winter
