The official name of this store is "Omiya", and it is also a very old store. Judging from the certification certificate hanging in the store, it should have been founded during the Taisho period. But after so many years, it must be difficult, maybe because I am unable to do it. The front desk receptionist was a foreign worker who spoke very fluent Japanese, and there was also an aunt who was not very good at using the credit card machine. The hotel facilities are very old, and there are rooms with and without private bathrooms, but since there is a public bath, you can remove the bathtub in the private bathroom. Public toilets have modern electric lids, while private toilets have flat lids. The rooms are large and small, so adaptable. But the soundproofing is not good. It is very loud when people come in and out to use the toilet at night. The transportation is not very convenient, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from Kyoto Station. It might be good if this hotel could invest in renovations, but in its current condition, only 20 to 30 percent of the rooms are occupied, which is a bit low.

It is located on the south side of Kyoto Station, and the fact that it was founded in the 13th year of Kyoho attracted my attention. Relax in a 7.5 tatami mat Japanese-style room. Luckily, there was a futon on the floor. The tatami mats were not rushes and were fuzzy and slightly damaged. There is a closet. There is a yukata, an obi, and a towel inside. There is a veranda, so I went out. There is a slightly narrow bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, and bathtub. There is no washlet. There is a step at the entrance. There is a large public bath on the first floor. There are no lockers in the dressing room, but 20 shelves with baskets. The bathtub was about 1.2m x 3m in size, and the temperature of the water was neither hot nor lukewarm. There were 8 Karang. I took a bath at night and in the morning, but both were single baths. Overall, I cannot deny that the facilities are a little outdated, but they seemed to be well cleaned. Considering the location and the large public bath, it felt cheap.
