I had a pleasant stay with my family of 4 adults. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. What I love about the place is it has a washing machine with dryer. The place is very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Love staying at Mimaru, this is my family’s second time staying with Mimaru. We also stayed in Tokyo last year. Their locations are very convenient locations and great choice for families.
However, the Kyoto sanjo branch could pay a little more attention to cleaning the hotel rooms, we found strands of hair in the wash basin area.
Overall, the stay at Mimaru was very pleasant, and we would return again!

Location is slightly away from train station, take abt 10 min walk, and not easy to find, have to walk and turn a few lanes to reach. There is a mini mart beside Hotel which is convenient.
Amenities like toothbrush kit, tea bags, slippers need to pick up at hotel lobby.
